Rude and unprofessional staff. You also have to go out to get lab work done because they don't have a lab on site for that.

This is my first and last time here. I showed up 10 minutes early my appointment and it took the doctor over a hour to see me. The only reason he started rushing is because i started to get impatient Why make appointments if you can't follow through. I will be calling sharp directly to let them know my issue. If I could give 0 stars I would .

Have high BP and he prescribed 3 meds for them. Did not disclose to me the side effects of them and elevated my BP and caused anxiety as well as a myriad of health issues. Visited him three times and it seems he wanted to get me in quick and get me out. Probably because I was on medicaid and he wasnt going to get compensated. His staff were ignorant and didnt know how to perform a EKG Scan and were rude and unprofessional. Look somewhere else. Also, didnt tell me to make any lifestyle changes.

I agree with Mark, long wait time. They book many patients at the same time. Last time I waited for almost an hour and I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. Doctor is friendly

First time being a patient under this doctor and first impressions were good. Went in for a regular check up and he told his nurses to perform a ECG since I was concerned about my BP. Super nice and seemed very caring of his patients. Reason Im not giving it a full star just yet is I have a follow up with him next week and the waiting was a drag. A lady was complaining to the receptionist how I got called first before she did and her appointment was earlier mine. Will definitely do a follow up review.

Dr. Prathipati will never return phone calls. He had no compassion for my parent. He seems more interested in his business ventures than he does in his patients. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Prathipati is a very good and professional doctor and I will continue to see her well into the future. She is very smart and knows her field, with out any doubt. I would recommend my family, friends, etc. to her.
