She was my wife's doctor for almost two years and she was very bad as a doctor. She will not treat you on your issue/problem that you came in for and she gets mad everytime she repeats herself. On top of that she won't call you about your lab results. She is very unprofessional. If you have her there's a better doctor out there so do yourself a favor and go find a better doctor.

Her staff is rude and they do not listen over the phone with speaking to them. She requires unnecessary test. I just moved from Anchorage and wanted to see her a cough I had for several weeks and she said she wanted to get some blood test done and a pap-smear. I had to call her office more than once and her staff does not listen at all. I had to give them all my personal info more than once after I tried to explain to multiple of them that they should have it on my file. I came here for a 1030 appointment and her office was close/locked and no one was answering the phone, this was during "business hours". She asked me if over the phone if I was Filipina and I don't know what that has to do with wanting to get medical help. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Worst unprofessional doctor ! My first time appointment to her 1 o'clock I got a call from her assistant telling me to I can come in at 11 am I dropped everything .to see her .after few minutes on my way driving to her clinic I got a call telling me to come in at 2 o'clock after 30 minutes I got a call telling me I can come in at 3.30 .I was so disappointed and hurt didn't answer the call again

Terrible experience and service!!!!!!!! Highly confused on why she is not shut down. Hard to get an appointment or someone on the phone and when you do get someone on the phone they rush you off without answering your questions. I have not been able to schedule an appointment with physician in person or virtually. The "office manager" Magarita or Martina is very rude no medical office etiquette. No patience for the patients. The physician herself hung up on me defending her office manager with no etiquette. The physician said she is cutting me off from being able to be seeing at her office because she said it was my fault communication with her office staff is horrible. Mind you all I did was call for two weeks straight leaving voicemails to schedule an appointment and get referrals and the office manager was rushing me off and disregarding the fact that I had questions. I definitely recommend that anyone looking into this physician office read all comments and look somewhere else. I wish I did ...I would have saved alot of time an energy.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. This doctor was ABSOLUTELY not worth the hassle. I'm surprised that she is still in practice. I am appalled to see how much she does not care for her patients. My poor father has been trying to reach her for refills, but she is never available, and does not do her job properly. Her staff is rude and disrespectful, always rushing and never takes the time to listen. Don't waste your time on her. She is the type of doctor to abandon her patients when they need her the most. She is also seemingly the type to go into practice to take people's money. Because of her, my dad has been struggling with his health.

Terrible experience, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and not to mention lack of knowledge and this coming from someone working in the medical field for 6+ years. This place should be shut down. They are hard to get ahold of and we got assigned to her a year ago and still haven't seen or talked to the doctor. They have lack the referral process, it takes them months to even start one. If could give negative reviews i would -10. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS DOCTOR AS A PRIMARY PROVIDER. will put a complain in the medical board.

Came in for tattoo removal just because of the convenience of the location. After three visits the tat is still visible, $100 per visit to remove a small logo on my finger. I will definitely be going somewhere else to finish the removal process. Kind of hard to get a hold of someone to speak with, the office is not well staffed. Other than that the Dr. was pretty nice once you finally get in there.

This doctor was assigned as.my primary care provider through medi-cal. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of her or receptionist I left about ten voicemails but never got call back. All calls to the office go to a "patient priority voicemail" but calls never get returned. I wish the calls wouldn't go straight to a voicemail I just want to talk to a person and set up an appointment. I did this for two weeks but I had to go ahead and switch it after that because of a pressing physical issue that has been bothering me. This is socialism people wake up .government healthcare is no healthcare just like cuba and canada.
