Staff was friendly and competent. I was in and out fairly quickly. And I do not even live in this area.
Everyone was very helpful
Everything went well. Everyone was friendly and nice. Had a great experience in ER. I will return to PVH'sER for treatment when needed.
The emergency service was excellent. No long wait time and the doctor was very thorough. He addressed all of our concerns. Everyone was very caring and professional..
My grandfather was taken here at the beginning of December/late November for what my grandma thought was a stroke and bleeding. She insisted with the paramedics to take him to Sharp and the paramedics refused due to the risk of stroke. The paramedics sent him to Paradise Valley Hospital instead because it was the closest hospital.DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.The communication from the hospital staff has been abysmal. None of their charting indicated that he had been sent to the ER for possible stroke so his doctor at Paradise Valley was surprised(!!?!?) when my grandmother brought this up.My grandmother has tried to ask for him to be transferred to Sharp once he stabilized and the doctors and nurses refused! Now they're insisting that he's been neglected because he seems weak after they haven't fed him for 5 days. A man in his mid 80s is supposed to be limber after not being fed for 5 days?Edit to add: all of my grandfather's specialists only have privilege with Sharp so they are unable to treat my grandfather nor do they have any access to his charts because the doctor has been nearly impossible to contact (We've spoken to him twice during the past week). I also found out that the doctors/nurses at Paradise Valley put my grandfather in restraints without telling my family. This is completely unacceptable.Edit #2: Was told by staff Saturday night that we would be contacted by the doctor Sunday morning to discharge my grandfather. SURPRISE! The doctor did NOT call in the morning and we had to follow up with a nurse at noon in order to have the doctor call us about discharging my grandpa. My grandfather came to the ER with his driver's license and insurance card which the hospital lost/can't find. They also are unable to find the clothes we brought him to change into for discharge. Dr. Gounder has been extremely unhelpful and caused quite a bit of distress for my grandma and the rest of our family. Paradise Valley should be ashamed at the way they treated my grandfather and our family. I am flabbergasted at the treatment we experienced while my grandfather was treated here. They have completely disregarded the information my grandmother has been sharing with them about my grandfather's medical history.Edit#3: upon discharge, received his medical records and the doctors listed on his records are not the doctor that we spoke with. In addition they listed his primary care physician incorrectly as an orthopedic surgeon. His medical bands were placed so tightly on him that it was pushing so hard against his skin as to leave a mark.Edit#4 we were visited by Sharp Home Health Nurse the day after his discharge from Paradise Valley. The Sharp nurse found a bad infection in his right arm from Paradise Valley medical negligence/malpractice. This hospital can't even insert an IV properly without giving patients an infection! The trauma of being in physical restraints for days at this hospital still causes my grandfather suffering. He keeps asking us to never take him back here. We will never do so again. "Do no harm" is part of these people's Hippocratic oath and they can't even do that .
I just want to say I went for a Covid test and watched every person before me get helped for 5 hours before i had to tell them how long I was waiting only to find out they LOST my file and I had to wait another hour for them just to start over . But they did get it done fast after everything.
I went there for intense pain and other worrisome symptoms from my pelvic area I was terrified and had no idea what was happening they didn’t do a pelvic exam and I waited hours for Tylenol but nothing until the moment I was discharged the doctor didn’t read me my results this was 6am by this point I got there at 11 and the nurses just handed me papers when I asked how my CT scan was or bloodwork they said all normal/negative nothing was wrong and to follow up with my primary car (I told them she’s $150 I can’t afford and I was scared so she told me to go to the ER) . Only by chance checking my results they sent me myself to see what they did and if in fact it was negative/normal I saw they detected a 2.3 cm cyst on my left ovary, which would not only explain everything to put my worries at ease but the symptoms I’m having are that of a possibly about to burst one which is very dangerous and they did nothing to let me know I even had one. Malpractice and ridiculous I have an appointment with planned parenthood tomorrow to get the possible information care and medical I did in no way receive here at paradise.

The nurse and 2 cna were amazing. Thank you!!
Excellent experience! Everyone was extremely helpful and informative. Thank you! Clearly, your staff is striving for excellence.
I was brought to your hospital after a car accident by the paramedics. You helped me a lot. From the X-ray woman who assisted me for my X-ray, my handsome doctor and very nice nurse, I say thank you 🙏. I wish you a very merry Christmas 🎁 and will pray that God our Almighty will everyday bless you. Good job 👏.
Care and nursing staff was very helpful
Nice and generous personnel and a very caring professional staff!
Very caring and work really hard to help everyone.
er staff treating me as a person
I waited for a lot longer then usual for an xray. was told it looked normal despite me telling them an xray doesn't show fluids in my knee. was sent home with no aftercare meds and still in pain. I would not go there again. It was pointless.
The nurse and doc was nice. But the nurse I don’t think his gentle with his patients. Other than that they are good and they take good care of their patients.
My experience there was awesome
