One of the worst experiences in my life. Staff was racist and kept playing a Spanish song over and over while investigating the situation. Made fun of my mother, made jokes over my ethnicity. The entire ER staff was extremely racist as well as the doctor himself. Terrible experience overall, they took lab samples just in case I was on any substance, of course I wasn’t. Never, EVER come to this hospital!! I can’t remember her name, but the only nurse who was sincere was a blonde gal who led me to my test during my stay who had a yellow set of scrubs. She was kind and treated me like a human being, we spoke about tv shows etc. I wish I could have remembered her name but she treated me mid-day. There are great people working in that hospital, i wish her the best but never come to this hospital!

Excellent care, really sweet and caring staff. Very good looking doctors that spend time with you and explain things. All in all I couldn’t believe i was in a hospital in the US. I wish all healthcare facilities were like this.

All credit goes to the staff they were really kind and that deserves 5⭐ however 7 hours from start to finish in the ER was a bit much for me. There was only one doctor working that evening.

I ended up leaving without receiving any care because I was only there for a simple allergic reaction, hoping to get a stronger prescription antihistamine. Unfortunately, I was told the wait time would be 4-5 hours, which did nothing to help my situation. I decided to leave, and I would not recommend this hospital to family, friends, or co-workers.

They charge you 440$ just for visiting the facility. I went to check for a hernia, they checked my heart rate, my blood, put me in a room and forgot I was there so I had to let them know I was waiting after 30 min. They came asked me what I was experiencing and told them I think I have a hernia, the doctor was condescending as all emergency doctors are barely checked my stomach, then checked my piss and told me I don't have a hernia. I went home, went online researched and did the test on myself to find out I indeed had a hernia. I move on, don't really think about my visit until I get the bill to my insurance, the whole visit cost 5400$, even with insurance I have to pay 1,600$ all for nothing I only recommend this place if you're rich

Paradise Valley ERU get no stars you guys are very rude. You guys do not care for anyone that comes through the door all on your mind is money and what Medica a person has no stars a F for failure 2023 2024 2025 and only reason why you get the one star is because you have to get a star to even let them see the post
