I’ve been going here for almost 9 years or so. The staff are oblivious and doctors are really rude and selfish. unorganized but clean. Too bad they don’t have a rating for 0/5. Every time I go for my appointments on time, they attend me an hour or so later. Especially paperworks. For appointment phone call, they never call or even forget to call. So If you value your time and want to be respected like a human being. Please go to another health center.

Despite the VA saying my partner could be seen here, they turned her away. They denied a person seeking urgent care.Spend the extra time to go somewhere else.This place is a waste and a disgrace.

Very nice improvement in the way they handle patients now. I would like to mention Kimberly the assistant of Dr. Rana very professional knows how to handle kids (2 of my kids Entheo & Aris just been there recently) Shiela is very nice too and of course Dr. Rana was great. Kudos to the improvement in customer service too.

Don't answer their phones when I needed to let them know that I couldn't make my appointment. Phone was ringing for 5 mins straight, nothing. But when I switched clinics, they straight up harrass me endlessly.
