Did not explain what or why about cancellation policy. Feel annoyed by the questions I asked and right away offered if I wanted to make an appointment, that will be my bill. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF MEDICAL!? ALL I WANTED IS EXPLAINING WHY MEDICAL DO NOT COVER IF I CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT. SMH

When this location i was excited because it’s close by and I need a new dentist. The manager is amazing trying to help everyone but the front desk ladies are the worst. I went with my mom who is retired and seeking dental treatment but unfortunately doesn’t have dental insurance. They have a discount scale program and she had the paperwork to sign up but they said her 10 day old bank statement to show proof of income was too old and needed a recent one.. that is the recent one. The dental receptionist sent my mom next door to the medical receptionist and again stubborn and rude to my mom. They were all difficult and my mom canceled her dental appt. teach them some compassion, common sense and to take responsibility instead of sending patients to other people do deal with the situation... help people don’t make it difficult

If I could give less of a star I would.Come to this location if you want to be treated like an idiot.They had the hardest time finding our records from the CV and SY clinics (same database as this clinic) and we were required to pay $100 before even seeing the doctor. A payment we were not told of at the time of scheduling not this appointment.Both my sister and I are at the counter trying to work things out and the "front desk lead" Elizabeth turns her back to me and says "your sister needs to start speaking for herself."As unbelievable as this poor customer service was, the worst part was that she didn't say it facing us but instead was facing her computer.We made an appointment for a simple TB bubble test and are required to jump through flaming hoops for it.Asked to speak to a manager and they handed us a business card to leave a message instead of speaking to a real person in the office... Which there were plenty of. Onsite manager at start of business (it's 9:45AM right now) doesn't exist here.Spare yourself the frustration and headache: go to another clinic if you can. And my heart goes out to you if this is your only option.
