I guess urgent cares aren't urgent cares anymore. My insurance sent me here and my two children and I were turned away. Plus they were rude to me and made me feel bad for walking in. Worst place. Don't come here if it's urgent. I couldn't believe they wouldn't even talk to me or discuss anything.

When I got there people are horseplaying talking laughing not paying attention to customers who needs help with paperwork also the employees at concentra front desk on their cell phone sharing pics and stuff it doesn't look good at all.

Worst place to be. Took 5 hours to be seen by a Doctor.Even when I was taken to a room to be seen, I still waited another hour and then when the doctor sees you its only for 10 minutes. The staff are very rude.

Unprofessional, no one picks up the phone. After picking up the phone they but me on hold and I got hung up on. When I tried calling back no one is picking up.

I had made an appointment for 11am for work physical/drug screen. Was not seen until 2 pm. Wasn't even offered an opportunity to do the drug screen first, had to wait a full 3 hours with a full bladder. Additionally, the nurse who took my BP happened to use a machine which incorrectly read it at 160/85. I have no history of hypertension, so I was quite surprised. Rather than redoing my BP via manual BP cuff/stethoscope, she proceeded to mark my BP as high with no hesitation (even though I'm barely 28). Will not be coming back.

The only thing that unconvinced is the waiting time, it was too long. I had to wait 2 hours after checking in to finally start the process. The services were great.
