The worst hospital I have ever been too.......,

Just came in at 10pm due to being sick for several days. Stood at the front desk for 20 minutes waiting to see ANYONE to check me in, no one ever showed up. I even called the ER while standing there and heard the phone ringing in the back with no answer. By far the worst service I've had here, but not surprised. Thank God I'm not bleeding out or in dire need of attention.

In a small town that seems to be disappearing, is a small hospital with a very understanding ER Doc. Travelling, moving back East, ran out of a vital med. He helped me out. Most ER Docs have the opposite demeanor.

Went in with a severely sprained ankle with damaged ligaments thinking it was broken, they xrayed me quickly and told me what was wrong but did not have crutches or an actual boot brace. More like a shoe. Like what if it was actually broken and I couldn’t walk at all? Then what? So dumb.

My child was brought here in grave condition ,I was told by staff, if i expected big things, i should have went to a big hospital, My child died 4 days later and this how i was treated for asking questions and being concerned, they are the rudest doc iv ever came across, Remember,If you expect big things, go to a big hosipital,I expected to be treated like a human, i expected the same treatment no matter were i go,Lady you know who you are you should be ashamed of yourself my child died cause i should have went to a big hospital huh, Disgusting. Behavior.

The staff was amazing and they were able zero in on my problem with such inefficiency and no doubt saved my life.

My fiancé got injured at work by a crate falling on his toe. We came from bullhead city to this place because we just moved here from California, still trying to get insurance for Arizona. I’ve been waiting in the 100 degree heat in the car for 3 hours now and was told I couldn’t go inside because of COVID. I’ve been in touch with my fiancé this whole time and have been told it’s taking more than 45 min from radiology to transfer over the X-rays. Unbelievable...

I’ve been in the hospital for a few days due to an infection and I just wanted to say that Ian Butler (my doctor) is awesome!! He really cares about his patients. The nurses are sweet, warm, and understanding and they care about. Thank you guys!!
