I would just like to single Lorraine out for being a wonderful caregiver. My parent-in-laws were very resistant to care. She was very patient and hung in there in difficult circumstances. Very communicative with constant updates. We didn't get to meet her up due to living far away but several of the family sung her praises repeatedly and she kept in touch with us over text. The ideal caregiver! Thanks very much.

My Mom and I are working with this company for quite sometime now. They make sure that they provide a professional caregivers. They pay really good & right on time. They take care of their client’s needs & match with the right caregiver.And if the caregiver has any questions, they answer promptly and they are always there to guide both client and caregivers to have the best experience as possible.

As a Certified Caregiver, I applied for work at Preferred Care in Thousand Oaks. Sheri was so kind and helpful. She helped me get registered and advised me on everything I needed to do to start work. I had applied at other agencies, but did not hear back from them for work. Sheri was the only one who reached out to me and worked hard to find me at least part time work in my area, Ventura. I searched a long time before I found Sheri and Preferred Care. I don't know what I would have done without them working with me to care for my husband who is suffering from Alzheimers. I have been employed with them since October 2017. They are such a friendly, family owned company. Sheri is just an awesome person! For anyone who has always been interested in home care, but didn't know where to start, this place is great for you!
