I would like to divide my review into two sessions:1) Dr. Quan:I like Dr. Quan. He listens well, does not rush and answers my questions in very detail.2) Office:Office staff is polite and courteous. However their time management is not up to par. I had an appointment with Dr. Quan and I had to wait for 1 hours in the office sitting. The office told me Dr. Quan had an emergency in the morning and running the behind his schedule.Why didn’t you tell me before? I can easily reschedule my appointment or come a later time or at least bring my computer so I can work. Empathy is the key with human relationships. Treat someone the way you want to be treated.Hope this review will help the office to improve the time management.

OUTSTANDING! I have been a patient of Dr. Quan's for over 35 years now. I have and will recommend him without hesitations.

In my opinion I would give a 0 to this doctor and his office. I had blood work done as a result of Dr. Quan ordering the lab work. It was done in April. To this date, I have not received my results despite my calls to him at least 4 times. The office keeps saying that he needs to review the records. Uh ok. How long does that take?

My husband and myself used dr. Quan for years until we had to move out of the area. Wish I could have taken him with us. Never an alarmist, never refused a visit if booked, fun to talk to, and he was always giving us top health care. Comforting man. Also his staff was wonderful to us.

Dr Quan saw my family member on very short notice when he experienced unexplainable shortness of breath when exercising. To be perfectly accurate, there were no follow-up visits, but I couldn't have asked for better care than we got from this office. Dr Quan clearly cares about his patients.
