Beware; this guy is a true Jekyll and Hyde. He has many people fooled w/his charming demeanor. After being a long time patient, he spent MOST of an appointment lecturing/ insulting me and talking down to me about my choice of care. Not only was he WAY, WAY out of line, even the nurses in the room acted shocked at him raising his voice and shouting at me. Should have reported him, but he's not worth the time. He seems to be overly anxious to do procedures that will generate billings. If necessary, only see PA's in that practice because his practice forbids MD switching. (Now I know why!)

I was recommended Dr. Mendivil by many healthcare professionals when I needed a surgery. Multiple people who actually work at a hospital said "Go with Dr.Mendivil's team. He is really good!" So I chose him. He performed robotic surgery on me and I was able to go home on the same day with no pain. I recovered very quickly and was feeling like nothing had happened to my body just a couple of days after the surgery. Not only technically trained but he is very caring and made me feel relaxed and comfortable about the whole thing so I did not have any negative feelings or fears about what I was going through physically. Truly highly recommended!!

I have received the highest level of expertise and care with Dr Mendivil and his team. I always receive timely appointments, return calls and any info whenever I need it. Very nice, pleasant, thorough explanations, patience with questions.

Uterine Cancer What a text book experience. I feel so fortunate to have Dr. Mendivil for this procedure. His team at St. Jude's was stellar and his performance was flawless. I say this as my scars are like paper cuts by his expert use of laparoscopic surgery. Recovery was as expected with minimal pain throughout the 6 weeks. I highly recommend this physician.

I recently had a hysterectomy for endometrial cancer. Dr Mendivil was calm and very thorough when explaining the surgery. I was out of the hospital the same day. It was done through laparoscopy and my recovery time was very minimal. I needed no pain meds. I felt very supported and had complete trust in him. Everyone in healthcare from techs to various nurses mentioned to me that he was excellent and I have to agree! I highly recommend him!

Dr Mendivill is straight forward, kind and informative. He answered my questions clearly and met me where I was with some I didn't think to ask. He is compassionate, professional and had really good bedside manner. I'm presently on my 4th day from a full hysterectomy at 57 years old and I had no bleeding, very little bruising on one incision and minimal pain. His PA, Patty, was so helpful in my journey. Sharing her walk in life made what I had no choice but to do, something I could embrace. I'm very grateful to the two of them and their office staff for a speedy pre-authorization, follow up calls and getting me in so quickly! Can't say enough good things about my experience.
