Dr. Shadid took his time and explained the various ways of Hernia surgery. He explained why he chose to do it laparoscopically. He scheduled me for seven days after my consultation for the procedure. He got me in for my consultation one month sooner than any other doctor I had contacted. The surgery went like clockwork. Pain afterward was minimal; in the doctor's language, it was a 1 out of 10. Dr. Shadid contacted me two days later to see how I was doing. If you need surgery, he is the guy to go to.

Dr Shadid was a great surgeon. He made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about everything and explained the procedure so well. Also loved his entire team. Would highly recommend!

Was excellent as far as a surgeon goes, but very poor when it comes to pain management. I thought doctors were there to assist with pain and suffering, after just a few days he thinks I should be pain free & fully healed. Would not even renew my mere 5-day prescription, so here I sit in agony. I understand the whole narcotics epidemic, but I'm not going to become an addict and sue him when I'm suffering from a major surgery just a few days ago. You'd think I could get at least 10 days supply of pain management; steer clear unless you enjoy pain and suffering!

Dr. Shadid performed emergency abdominal surgery to find an adhesion around my small intestine. He was able to make three small incisions, find the problem, and snip the adhesion. My recovery from the surgery was quick and painless, and the scars are hard to find. Thank you, Dr. Shadid for solving a very serious situation.

Found Dr. Shadid after a fiasco with another surgeon at another hospital. Wow. He is spectacular! Spent so much time discussing my appendectomy and put me at complete ease which was HUGE after 1 1/2 months of lack of response elsewhere. I never felt rushed and felt he went out of his way to remove any fears. His office staff is spectacular which is vital to providing quality care. Surgery was seamless! I am so grateful I found him. I would recommend him again and again.

Had to go to the ER with terrible gallbladder pain. Dr Shadid was on duty and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon! I would recommend him to anyone in need of this procedure.
