Ali R Moattari's Online Review Report Card

In my opinion, this doctor hates his life and his attitude is unprofessional. That is the only explanation I can come up with in trying to understand his treatment of my dear family member. He treated an elder family member of mine with disrespect, not once, but on multiple occasions. Mind you, my family member is beloved by all his doctors, as he is religious about sending his doctors Christmas cards and drowning them in gifts. I have never wrote bad review for anyone, but congrats doctor Moattari, you earned it.

Worst Front Desk staff I've ever encountered. Wound up canceling the appointment because she was so disinterested and not willing to provide basic information. She did not even ask why I wanted to see the Dr. I had to ask if there was paperwork to fill out to which she replied "Yes." I then had to ask how to obtain it and she told me to google Newport Endocrinology. I then had to ask what specific paperwork, to which she replied "New Patient Paperwork," which is not an option on the website. The conversation continued along those lines until I told her I was canceling the appt and hung up.

I accompanied my wife to her first appointment with Dr Moattari. He has a good bedside manner and his staff is very polite. He answered all our questions and gave us literature to read at home.

I found Dr Moattari to be organized and thorough during his exam, patient with me as I asked a million  questions, and polite and knowledgeable in his responses. He also broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. Dr Moattari spent almost an hour with me during my appointment which is unheard of these days. His office is clean, his staff is professional and, best of all, there isn't a ridiculous wait to see him.

He is the best doctor I have ever had. He takes your condition and health so serious and does everythibg to improve it. I wish all doctors were like him so caring, professional and knowledgeable. I've been with this doctor for few years and I 'm so satisfied.

Dr. Moattari Is Sad to say NOT extremely Knowledgable. From the looks and names of the good reviewers, they must be close friends giving him positive reviews. <br><br>The building is not in the best shape it&#39;s an older building which isn&#39;t a big deal, yet it&#39;s a little behind the Times. The Front Desk Staff seem polite, courteous and professional. Unfortunately, Dr. Moattari does lack a professional bedside manner, seems outdated and does not have a friendly relatable personality. His knowledge of current therapy is outdated and he has no understanding of treating symptoms and lacks any interest in proper blood work. <br>Dr. Moattari seems to be on the side of insurance ordering as little labs as he can to save the insurance companies their big money. I politely had to get out of that place as fast as I could after paying my deductible. Sadly others have no choice but probably have to go to this old out of touch Dr if they are referred out to see him. <br>I would be cautious with seeing this older middle eastern out of date and out of touch Dr. <br>If you have to see this man try and request maybe a more knowledgeable Dr in the office and make sure to try and see Dr. Rosenblit. I would personally stay away from this office altogether and find a younger Endocrinologist who has studied about newer and better treatments. <br>This doctor doesn&#39;t even worry about seeing labs and doesn&#39;t care that your system will crash as he has no knowledge except whatever he may have learned in the middle east about 30 years ago. <br><br>Stay away from this tiny hole in the wall my Friends..  its orange county any Dr. in OC is better than this man. <br><br>Sorry, Dr. Moattari, some advice... your attitude needs some adjusting, and I highly recommend you do some new research and study and read up on some newer methods of treatments available out there. <br><br>Truly one of the worst Endocrinologists I Have Seen over the past couple years a complete waste of time. =(<br><br>At least the front desk is nice =)
