Dr Bui is amazing! Count yourself lucky when you finally get to him. I was in pain and uncomfortable for 8 months with gallbladder symptoms, but unable to get any help from any of the specialists including my own personal physician. ( who thought I just had anxiety during this Covid Pandemic and started treating me with that instead of actually listening to me and realizing something was wrong ) All my CT Scans, Ultrasound, bloodwork, and physical exam were normal but I was in pain and horribly nauseous every day. Randomly through the chain of events I got connected to Dr Bui, who was able to see my previous labs, CT Scan, Ultrasound, and whatever else, where he diagnosed me with Gallbladder/Biliary Dyskensia. Needless to say he removed my gallbladder, and the incisions/holes are so minuscule and healing well, I’m no longer in pain under my ribs nor nauseous. His bedside manner and his exam were entirely professional and comfortable.... like an old friend helping you out. I would recommend Dr Bui for any surgical procedure he is certified to do. I’m forever Team Dr Bui 😊

Sooooo, as I am sitting in the ER and waiting on a call for an emergency appendectomy, Dr. Bui arrived. He was professional, delightful and sensible. The Hoag team and Dr. Bui worked with my sensitivities to medications and a mutually agreed treatment plan for after care. Everything went extremely smoothly. I recommend making a follow up appointment, as requested.

My wife is a patient and has not received a call back 6 days post op. Tomorrow will be day 3 without a call back. very unprofessional.

Dr. Au Bui is a first class surgeon. He performed Laparoscopic surgery in removing my Gallbladder. I was active the next day and felt great.Dr. Bui is very friendly, takes his time in thoroughly explaining what will be taking place. You won't find any better.The office is first class as is his staff. Parking plentiful and convenient.

Dr. Au H. Bui M.D. did my surgery. My first appointment went very well; he took his time, explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions. He and his staff were very accommodating and fit me in quickly so I could get back to work as I requested. Lorraine Narrajo did an excellent job scheduling my procedure; and she found an opening with an in-network surgery center that met my health insurance requirements. I went into surgery confident and ready. The procedure went smoothly. I definitely recommend Dr. Au Bui M.D.

Dr. Bui is sooo nice! He's an EXCELLENT surgeon, but its his bedside manner that makes him more than super AWESOME. Dr. Bui was the surgeon for my brother. He personally spoke with me before and after the surgery and answered all my questions patiently until I had no more. Plus, he did EVERYTHING that he promised. He never seems to be in a hurry. I REALLY respect Dr. Bui and and thankful for the wonderful human being that he is!

If you are looking for the best abdominal surgeon, look no further, Dr Au Bui is the Best surgeon in Orange County! I just had my gallbladder removed and I thank God I went to see Dr Bui as a second opinion. I'm an elderly patient and am 11 days post op and I am feeling great. Dr Bui and his surgical team are the BEST. Dr Bui and his team which include Lorraine his office scheduler are all awesome, professional, and the best patient care I've had with this surgery. Dr Au Bui is the best abdominal surgeon in Orange County. I recently had my surgery done by Dr Bui at Hoag Hospital and I'm 11 days post op and feel great! Dr Bui's staff/ surgical team including Lorraine, Dr Bui's office scheduler is just awesome. they are all very professional, caring and I received top notch care by all his team. I really appreciate their care and Lorraine's immediate return calls as I needed. thank you and God bless you.
