After writing this review they called me and said if the insurance company pays out their claim they will reimburse me. They said it will take about 30 days so I will wait and see.

I was referred to Dr. Bagheri when I wasn’t happy with my first dermatologist. I had a terrible infection on my face. I came to Dr. Bagheri with my concerns about my face. She was so attentive and truly cared about my needs. She saw how upset and nervous I was about my face so she put me at ease when she told me not to worry and that she would take care of me. Not only did she help clear my face, she offered to take care of the scar too. If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!

I have been very happy with the experience at Dr. Bagheri's office. I've been seeing Tracy Wiegand PA-C for the past several months for routine body checks and I've had a few biopsies. She has a great bed-side manner and is extremely knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain what she's finding in terms I understand and makes sure she's answered all my questions before I leave.

Dr. Bagheri has always been very good and very kind and has always gave me very good expert service and she has a excellent staff, and I like the way she’s very professional and very, very nice with her patients. Her medical assistant, Ben was very thorough and kind!

I was referred to Dr. Bagheri for a spot on my leg and she took care of it immediately. I appreciate her taking the time to take care of the situation and make me feel comfortable and reassured. Her staff is kind too.

I had a procedure done here that they told me was not covered by insurance so l paid out of pocket. Two weeks later I received a letter in the mail from my insurance company that they have approved coverage for the service. This office lied to me and collected money from me and now they are collecting money from the insurance company as well. This is FRAUD. INSURANCE FRAUD. I called them to ask for a refund and they transferred me to a voice mail and are no longer answering my calls. I am contacting the better business bureau next.

I have been coming to Dr. Bagheri's office this past year for a variety of things and have been very happy with all of my experiences. The front staff is great, and I have been seeing Tracy Wiegand PA-C the past few times and she has always been amazing. From painless biopsies to answering all of my questions, she's always made my visits great!
