I too go to doctor O Bryan and would highly recommend him. His training included active duty in the U.S. Air Force, and he has literally seen it all when it comes to trauma and heart complications. I too agree with Mr. Greenman's input regarding the one negative review on here that doesn't relate to the doctor himself but rather relates the whole practice with numerous doctors and numerous staff.

This guy saved my life. He treats my dad as well. I have been in digital marketing for 20 years and I have many physician clients (Dr. O Bryan is not one of them). My response to the person who gave a one-star review regarding scheduling is two parts. First, scheduling isn't something that the doctor whom you gave a bad review to has anything to do with. He can't expect to be to blame for something that he is made aware of through a Google review and had zero input in. Second, in general if you get a doctor appointment with a doctor quickly, it usually is an indicator of how good that doctor is. If you have a problem getting appointment with a doctor, in general, it's because that doctor is highly sought out. You should remove your review on Google in good faith, as I will recommended it to them directly as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Bryan for last 8 years. He is an excellent Doctor which cares about his patients. If you want a doctor that is 100% present when you visit him go with Dr. O'Bryan. I saw the comment about the office staff but this is Newport Heart and it is a big office and lots of Doctors work there.

My PCP referred this cardiologist. I never even got through the front door - the scheduler for this doctor is incompetent yet is demanding from a new patient, so I chose a different doctor.

Excellent Doctor. Very responsive. Calls immediately with test results and nice demeanor explains what is going on. Highly recommend.

My brother-in-law has been a patient of Dr. O'Bryan for more than 4 years. He has expressed to me many times that Dr. O'Bryan is one of the best cardiologist he has ever seen. M.A.

Dr. O'Bryan does not deserve a good review. My husband called with an emergency, was given a prescription over the phone by the doctor on call and we expected to hear from Dr. O'Bryan the following work-day. No call . . . no follow-up; we called several times, got another prescription over the phone, and was told by the nurse assistant that the doctor would call back . . . we are now changing cardiologists!
