Great team and doc! I will admit, at first I was a bit put off that I had to meet Dr. Shi’s PA before I could make an appt with her but I met with Kelly and she was great and very knowledgeable. I then scheduled a follow up visit with Dr. Shi and I am so glad I decided to have her as my primary care doc bc she takes her time to get to know a patient, she is attentive and very sympathetic and understanding. It was so easy to share my concerns and I didn’t feel brushed off like I have with other docs that are busy, and I know Dr. Shi is busy but she never made me feel like this. I also loved that they accommodate same day visits after you’re an established patient (meeting with her PA), I know no docs that do this, I’ve always had to go to Urgent Care for same day visits. 10 out of 10 recommend that you visit her practice.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shi for over 20 years, and her care and service has never wavered. Dr. Shi is thorough, caring and sensitive to all facets of my life so proper treatments and guidance can be easily managed. Couldn’t ask more from a PCP than Dr. Shi.

PFM is always spot on efficient. Great staff and service. Easy to communicate with and questions are answered usually next day. No better PCF that I know of.
