Hands down, one of the most caring, warm, and kind doctors and staff that we know of. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Moniak and his staff :-) They are also always available to answer or help with any questions.

I was originally at a midwifery, but was transferred to Dr. Moniack after becoming preeclamptic. We decided to induce because I was 37 weeks and didn't want to jeopardize my health. He was calm and gave me options when my baby became stressed after pushing for about 45 minutes. He didn't pressure me to make any decisions. He allowed my husband and I to make informed decisions and kept our son safe as well. With a little assistance my son was born perfectly healthy and because Dr. Moniack cares and is careful I didn't tear. I think most drs wouldn't take their time to ensure the best care of the mother and I probably would've ripped with most drs. He is a wonderful Dr! Highly recommend him!!!!

love Dr. Moniak he is such an amazing obgyn and delivered both my girls! miss the old office staff but he's the reason i still go there hes very caring and knowledgeable and I had very minor complications during and after birth due to my own body ! thanks Dr moniak

In all my reviews, never once have I said I wish I could give zero stars but this would be the one!!! Never in my life have I ever met a doctor so condescending, ignorant, and inconsiderate. His desk staff is the only thing good about this office. He burned me three times and couldn’t even remove a small skin tag. He is extremely short, unkind, and never explains what is doing/ about to do. The “nurses” or “training doctors” whoever they are- no one in back seems to know anything. Not what services he provides/ performs. Not how much I weighed last time I was in the office- which is only two weeks ago. He over prescribes medication… doctors make money off of prescriptions just like pharmaceutical companies do. Never in my life have I been so disgusted with a health provider! And the one time I tried to ask him a question he cut me off and started answering it condescendingly assuming he knew what I was asking, which he clearly did not. If you care at all about yourself, your body, or your unborn child, go to literally any other doctor!!!!!

DR. MONIAK IS THE BEST!!!! HAD BAD EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST WITH OTHER DOTORS!!!! HE TOOK ALL THOSE FEARS AWAY!!!! HE DELIVERED MY DAUGHTER AND MY SON!!!! MY DAUGHTER WITH C-SECTION MY SON VAGINAL BIRTH AND I GOTTA SAY HE IS THE BEST!!!! HE TOOK GREAT CARE AND MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. people likely come here because it's one of the medical offices that accepts state insurance. It's a shame that the state will only offer insurance for doctors that care so little about each persons actual well being. Coming here is so typical of most doctors offices, wait 30 minutes past your appointment time to be taken in, only to be rushed out in 8 minutes so they can take in the next 10 people waiting in the waiting room. DR MONIAK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU PERSONAL WELL BEING LET ME JIST SAY THAT. The guy just talked and talked for 5 minutes without truly caring what my concerns were and you could feel the cold presence instantly with him. Plus if you read the low star reviews under him, wow i am appalled at the stories i am seeing and so sad for anyone who has to experience this doctor to deliver their babies into this world! I wish i would've read them before ever coming here, luckily he wasn't ever my doctor during my pregnancy If you truly care about your own health and want a practitioner that cares the same, about each person as an individual and truly about your WHOLE BODY well-being..look for a holistic, Ayurvedic or other type of natural doctor in the area. TRUST ME there are many in Orange County!Your personal health matters!!And paying a little money towards your life and health is worth it and extremely important. This doctor along with many other western medical doctors DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL - BEING. They are here to do the quickest job, send you away with whatever medications benefit them and their office, and leave to get paid a lot of money for some joke of a job done. Do your research into what true healthcare should entail. It will be so much more worth it for yourself and your loved ones in the long run. Skip out on this medical office if you actually want o be treated right. Worst visit and waste of my time ever.

5 STARS FOR Rachael Duran (Nurse Practitioner.) Super saddened to hear that Rachael is no longer with the practice. She has helped me SO much over the last 2 years, including my recent appointment last month in February 2022. It is a huge loss to the patients for whom she cared, as well as this office. It is worth noting, as of the date of this review, I've still yet to be informed by the actual office that she is gone. Maybe this is now the standard in medicine- not to be informed until you call to make your next appointment- but it is a shame for those trying to have continuity of care with a specific provider.

Doctor does not return phone calls unless he wants to. Acts unethically, lying to his patients. Says he put in requests for authorization for multiple procedures and referrals, then told me my insurance was slow to approve “he’s worked with them before and they’re just slow”. After calling my insurance I found that he has not submitted any requests or referrals. It has been 3 weeks. Do not trust this doctor. He is unethical.

I am currently asking staff for my records for when I was under Dr. Moniak's care and keep being put on hold and eventually disconnected. I need records for my daughter before she was still born. If anyone can help me please reach out. I had a history of cancer and never had an actual exam with the doctor.
