Dr. Seifert's staff is unprofessional and rude. My mother came in with a broken hip and the nurse assisting her was sassy, impatient and uncompassionate. The nurse demonstrated 1 time what my mother was supposed to do with her walker. My mother remained unclear of the instructions.. the nurse responded "I already told you, I won't tell you again" -- What kind of unprofessional attitude is that? I expect more from Hoag and a Doctor from "Newport Beach".My mother is rescheduled to go back in a month. Not only does she have to deal with the pain of a fractured hip, but she has to deal with an unprofessional medical office that does not know how to treat a patient. Will not recommend.

She performed my emergency surgery after a terrible tumble she is an outstanding doctor. I highly recommend her and the staff at her office are really exceptional too.

Mother needed emergency partial hip replacement due to a fall. Our good fortune had Dr. Seifert on call at Newport Hoag. How amazing to learn we would be honored with an allwomen team and what a GREAT job they did Incision = perfect. Recovery is going well with PT nurses doctors and family all impressed with progress. Office staff was awesome as well. Thought so well of the team that we have all spoken to our respective primary care doctors and recommended this team. Go women

A week short of three months since surgeryWas allowed to start weightbearing at 2 months.I am so happy with my progressDr Seifert is the best....Superstar I cant imagine how many lives she has touched being the best ER trauma surgeon.Office staff is excellent.
