This Dr is Fabulous, I had 2 surgery appt with him . He is the Best there is ! He is so professional, knowledgeable and caring .I had a very complicated medical history, he knew exactly how to handle my case and me. I would only use him and recommend him highly . He is one of a kind Doctor!

I have never had an anesthesiologist spend so much time with me. Usually they just come by, say Hi, and then they're gone. It feels so much better to have them speak with you like you're more than just a passing thought in their day.

Dr. Tirce is amazing!! He kept me calm through the whole procedure. I nervous because I was expecting a lot of pain from the spinal, based on many horror stories I had read and was told. But mine was different. I literally felt no pain! Having my blood drawn by the hospital phlebotomists was more painful than the spinal. I whole heartedly trust Dr. Tirce.

Pretty great experience for it being a pretty horrible day! Required an emergency surgery after my motorcycle accident. I was in bad shape and really appreciated Dr. Tirce's ability to be direct but also that he took time to listen to my concerns, and addressed them before it started. I think that with all the worry I had, I at least felt like I was in good hands.

During my surgery Dr. Tirce did an amazing job explaining what was going to happen before, during and after and he was really good at addressing concerns before I could even voice them. I felt very safe during surgery and appreciated not having to worry about that part of the surgical procedure.
