I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Richardson for performing my ankle-fusion surgery and providing diligent care and treatment that led to an outstanding recovery. Over the past six months, Dr. Richardson's expertise and dedication have profoundly impacted my life, enabling me to regain movement and slowly pursue my passions once again. Dr. Richardson's skillful and compassionate approach has been instrumental in my journey to recovery. His exceptional care and treatment have made a significant difference, allowing me to get back to living life to the fullest. I couldn't have achieved this without his unwavering support and expertise. Thank you, Dr. Richardson, for your exceptional care and for helping me regain my mobility and independence. My experience with Dr. Richardson was top tier. I tore my Achilles October. thinking it was just a bad "sprain" I continued to "walk"/ hobble on it for 6 weeks before seeing Dr. Richardson. On the 7th week, I saw him and by the following week I was in surgery. He walked me thru the procedure, he made sure I understood and he was honest with me the entire time. The surgery went off with out any complications. He did excellent work. AND IM NOT JUST SAYING THAT. 6 months post surgery, i am able to do a "single leg calf raise" supporting my entire body. I am able to do far more athletic movements as well. Dr. Richardson is top notch. His program works and he truly cares about his patients and loves what he does.

I went to Dr. Richardson for multiple fractures in my foot and he took a completely unnecessary route for my care. He saw me the first time and ordered a CT which was helpful, but then after he received the results he decided that I needed surgery on a joint that was not damaged or problematic at all. He was very vague when telling me about the surgical plan and was going to do surgery that I did not need at all. I saw a different doctor at OrthoArizona for a second opinion and was told that Dr. Richardson's surgical plan for me was completely unnecessary and would not help me at all. I now don't need surgery at all, and Dr. Richardson's surgery would've probably caused me more harm than good. He is also very vague, does not explain your injury well, is not thorough with his patients, and all he wants is to do complicated surgery for no medical reason.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. He doesn't have any time for his patience. Not to mention he's very rude and unhelpful. There is no way I would let this guy cut me open. I have never been treated so bad in my life. Maybe he should. Go back to football cuz he's a sad excuse of a doctor or surgeon. But has no problem having u come in for visit after visit for no reason but to charge you. No thank you if you get referred to him I would run the other direction.

Very disappointed. I went in for a neuroma. I shared I had 3 diagnosis confirming that. He went in circles asking for unnecessary X-rays, MRI, etc, delays, delays. Why? Because he was leaving the practice so he was unloading his cases. Let alone the fact that he didn't show up to a telemedicine appointment, never apologized or explained. Arrogant and entitled. Too young still to understand that doctors like him don't build a strong practice and end up being more exposed to legal risks than doctors that are loved by their patients. Good luck to ya!

It says Dr. Richardson is in Newport Beach but he is not he is in somewhere Fullerton I think, Why did he go there? Just when I wanted him to fix my Bunion He left. I'm no sure who's going to fix it now. I definitely won't go traveling to find him. I will find someone in Newport Orthopedic center. Dr Richardson is a great Dr. He was my first choice. IT's take a long time for me deciding to get it fixed. Should have done it sooner.

Dr. Richardson and his staff are very attentive and thorough. He repaired my left foot and I will use him again when needed.

Dr Richardson is not the best. He will only do what he wants and not think outside the box. If your issue can be fixed another way he won't help you get there. He is very opinionated and his bedside manner was not chill

Having multiple health conditions, I have seen many doctors, and Dr. Richardson is one of the best I have seen. He is caring, patient, knowledgeable, and has excellent bedside manners. He is a good listener and he answered all of my questions, and I didn't feel rushed. I broke my metatarsal in my foot and was given a few options from Dr. Richardson, but we decided on the non-surgical approach. Due to my health, the healing of my fracture was delayed, but Dr. Richardson was with me every step (no pun intended!) of the way to make sure it completely healed. I am back on my two feet again thanks to Dr. Richardson!

Did not get to see the doctor. Made an appointment at 11:30am, the afternoon before my appointment,I received a phone call indicating I needed to show at 10:30am instead. I called back several times since I requested time off for the 11:30am Scheduled appointment, not 10:30 last minute change, no one answered. They called me at 3pm the day before appointment, when I called back at 3:10pm, their phone said office closed. I showed up to my 11:30 appointment, and the doctor would no see me since he wanted a new set of X-rays instead of the ones I took with me, and told me I was too late to go get an X-ray even though I showed up at my scheduled appointment time. Horrible customer service. Other orthopedic places have better customer service and actual answer the phone when you call. I believe is I'm profesional to call you the afternoon back to make changes to your plans based on schedule appointment and inform you he won't see you when you show up for the appointment. My portal account also shows 11:30 as the scheduled time. I would not recommend this doctor office or placed based on their customer service.
