I'm seeing Dr. Nabi about a serious vein issue above my ankle. He is very experienced in his field. An expert!His secretaries are very smart and pretty. My whole experience from in the office door and back out was near perfect. Thank you Dr. Nabi for Loving your field and allowing us Americans to play a part in your Dream being achieved. Congratulations Dr. Nabi and Team!!!

Dr Nabi is an excellent doctor. He has a very patient manner and takes the time to answer all your questions.

Dr. Nabi was a referral by my husbands PCP. He was well informed and aware of my husbands medical condition. He took his time and explained everything to us in laymans terms. We would highly recommend Dr. Nabi.

AWFUL, ARROGANT, AVOID - This is my personal experience, my opinion. I had a knot in my calf when on a long walk. My left femoral artery was blocked; PAD, claudication. Dr. Nabi installed 3 stents, 6” each, from my hip to my knee. Now I am in constant, 24/7 pain, much worse, and subject to repeated and more invasive surgeries. When arteries are blocked, collateral arteries can create alternative paths. Dr. Nabi failed to mention blood flow can be improved by walking thru the pain, with exercise. Surgery was his only option. After Surgery, I discovered that leg stents fail at an alarming rate, within 6 – 24 months. Scar tissue builds up, closing off the very artery the doctor just opened. I read medical research and went to see 3 other vascular surgeons. Even the Wall Street Journal (9-19-2019) reported leg stents don’t work! Most doctors stopped using them many years ago! At exactly 6 months, I could not walk! I had another surgery - Already?!! YIKES! Go elsewhere!

AWFUL, ARROGANT, AVOIDThe following is my personal experience and my opinion - 10 months after.I am much worse after Dr. Nabi put stents in my leg. I had complained of a knot in my calf only when on a long walk. I had a blockage in my left femoral artery. Dr. Nabi installed 3 stents from my hip to my knee. Now I am in constant, 24/7 pain, and subject to repeated and more invasive surgeries.1 - First, DO NO HARM - When arteries are blocked, collateral arteries can create alternative paths. Dr. Nabi failed to mention it's possible to improve blood flow by walking thru the pain, with exercise or physical therapy. Dr. Nabi offered surgery as the only remedy, even though I did not have serious symptoms.2 - Recovery care was awful.I had 3 prior out-patient surgeries. I told Dr. Nabi that I have a hard time recovering from sedation. Surgery took two-hours. One hour later, I was discharged, without any food, after 18 hours of fasting. I was dizzy, nauseous, and could not even sit-up. They poured me into a wheelchair and sent me home. I had temperature for 5 days, sweating through the bedding.No one called nor checked on me. I left messages at the surgery center, but no one called back. (Even my Vet, calls the day after the dog has a simple booster shot!)3 - Post surgery, Dr. Nabi said I'd be fine within days; I was not fine for months! My leg was so swollen I couldn't walk. I was despondent and in terrible pain, from the metal closure devise (feels like a binder clip in my groin), from the stents in my leg, from the swelling. I can still feel the stents, internally, every minute of my life!4 - Second opinions - After this experience, I went to see 3 other doctors (Cedars-Sinai, USC-KECK, UCI). They all said stents in legs don't last; they stopped using them many years ago. Even the Wall Street Journal had an article (Sept 2019) about the failure of arterial stents in legs. Leg stents become clogged with scar tissue within 6 - 24 months, requiring repeated or more invasive surgeries (arterial by-pass).5 - At exactly 6 months post-surgery, I couldn't walk 2 blocks! The stents had clogged! Leg stents cannot be removed. I had to undergo yet another angioplasty. Why do a procedure that has such poor prognosis?!! I might need repeated surgeries, ultimately bypass surgery.6 - Stanford is impressive, but in my opinion, Dr. Nabi hasn't kept up with changes and current best practices in vascular surgery, in these past 20 years. Dr. Nabi said I was 'an outlier', but other surgeons said my complaints were common.7 - Do not allow Dr. Nabi to put stents in your legs!!! Better yet, go elsewhere!

Excellent Doctor and Staff!

My wonderful daughter who is a nurse has been asking me to do a PAD screening every time I see her. I have risk factors so I finally went in to see Dr. Nabi and I am so lucky I did. I was able to take my health under control before I suffered serious problems like a stroke! Dr. Nabi was so amazing and he makes me feel like I am truly being cared for medically. I need to be around as long as I can for my kids and my grandbabies and having an excellent MD like Dr. Nabi makes me feel like I am winning at life! Thanks again and I am super grateful for all that you do !

Dr. Nabi is the most caring and professional Vascular Surgeon that I have ever met. He also has helped Senior Centers in Orange County by providing hand sanitizers for Covid-19 Safety. Besides helping his patients improve their health, his care for the community is amazing and really as admirable! I am beyond grateful!

Horrible dr. Gave patient a medication the patient should have never been on per medical issues. Gave up on patient completely. Do not recommend at all. Do not see him unless you don’t want help.
