Donald Abrahm, Md's Online Review Report Card

dr Abrahm took me as a patient and accepted my insurance. He proceeded to order and conduct 2 diagnostic tests (an MRI and pouchoscopy) advising me he would evaluate and determine my treatment. I underwent both procedures and he was paid by my primary insurance. I then inquired about treatment because I was suffering. his office called me to tell me they could no longer treat me because my secondary insurance was medi-cal (which they knew at the beginning) and don't treat me do cal patients. This all after he was paid "big $$" to get the tests done. His an actions were a cause of great delay and suffering in my treatment and were totally unprofessional and unethical. I would beware any treatment from him and would never recommend using him.

I got the message from the doctors office which really pissed me off. I did not think or feel he talked over me, he did. No doubt about it. I was unable to contribute anything, was never given options for treatment, wasn't even told to make a call back. My PCP could've given me that me. I was expecting someone to take more of an interest.

The Abraham's is the Best MD. Very good experience with his services. Very thorough in all aspects of his field. Everyone is very kind including Dr Abraham. Also has an excellent staff.

Dr Abraham was kinda and helpful , answered all my questions and even one issue that came up prior to. He is professional and straight forward , knowledgeable and professional. His staff was also friendly and went out of there way to answer any questions they could .

I was referred to this office by my primary doctor. Unfortunately the office staff was rude and non-responsive to me as a new potential patient . The office staff didn't even call me back. The office staff noticed I had a consultation many years ago and decided at that time to go with another doctor. Therefore, the office staff said since I hadn't used their services before, they wouldn't take me on as a new patient. How unprofessional can you get! I am entitled to seek other doctors' opinions. It is a patient's right to go elsewhere if preferred. Beware of this Doctor and his rude staff!

I had already been to Dr. Abrahm 6 years before and that was a good experience. My review is for this recent colonoscopy. My insurance company, Aetna, had screwed things up but Brenda was able to meet with them and straighten things out. the Dr. had very clear instructions for the prep clean out and a little kit. When I went in for the procedure everyone was VERY professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have spent over two decades with an eating disorder that require an Upper and Lower Gastrointestinal Medical Doctor. Upon my initial appointment 6/18/24 with Donald R. Abrahm, MD Inc. I’m already scheduled for Colonoscopy and am pleased to find empathy and understanding in my decades old condition(s) and the Office Staff are so competent.. so really refreshing. As I only post POSITIVE experiences (these days- it’s been a long battle since 1986) I’m pleased to prepare this post for others interested in seeking excellent medical care. Wonderful caring, competent experienced doctor in gastroenterology. His whole team of nurses and anesthesiologists are warm, caring, and efficient.

Dr Abrahm and his colleague are amazing. I was in the hospital with a diverticulitis flare up that turned into a sepsis and they treated me without having to have surgery. Additionally I love how easy Dr Abrahm's colonoscopy prep is.
