Donor Nexus's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Donor Nexus was wonderful. As a solo Intended Parent, who didn't know anyone else who had been through the process I had many questions and lots of difficult decisions to make. Miranda was so incredibly patient, helpful, and kind with me. She even jumped on extra Zoom calls with me, when I had additional questions. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was burdening her. She even followed up with me after we were finished including many months later she checked-in to see if I had my transfer scheduled. She beat me to it! I was already planning on sharing the great news with her because I knew she would be genuinely happy for me and she was so instrumental in helping me to make my dream come true. She is very caring, which is so helpful during such an emotional process. All of the administrative aspects of Donor Nexus were really easy and went smoothly. I definitely recommend Donor Nexus to Intended Parents. Thank you!

I’m a first time egg donor and I had such a positive and meaningful experience donating eggs through Donor Nexus. From the very beginning, the team made me feel informed, supported, and genuinely appreciated. They were incredibly kind and compassionate every step of the way, and I felt like they truly care about their donors and the families they’re helping. The communication was clear and timely, and any questions or concerns I had were always addressed with patience and understanding. The process was explained thoroughly, and I always felt like I was in good hands. The medical team was professional and gentle, and the coordinators were encouraging and always checked in to make sure I was doing okay. I’m so grateful I chose to donate through Donor Nexus. Not only did I feel well taken care of, but knowing I was part of helping someone’s dream of growing a family come true made the whole experience deeply fulfilling. If you’re considering egg donation, I truly can’t recommend Donor Nexus enough. I hope to donate again with them in the future!

Boujee, overpriced, pushy sales. Donor Nexus does not look out for what is best for the intended parents, they are only interested in their bottom line. From day 1 they were calling me with pushy sales tactics, telling me that several other couples were interested in my donor and offering me $500 off if I committed by Friday. The numbers they began quoting me were really high, and although they say they are "a boutique that will tailor any package to your needs", their prices didn't reflect anything about my location or circumstances. For a local donor I was quoted $44,000 for a fresh cycle or 6 eggs for $30,000. For reference, at other agencies you can literally afford to fly in beautiful healthy donors from out of state and get the entire fresh cycle for $30,000. They also encouraged me to establish care with their clinic instead of the one I was already established with and tried to rush me into a down payment. The person I was communicating with appeared to be nice but she was just gaslighting me to get the sale. Thank god my clinic stopped me from making a potentially disastrous decision. And you would think my lousy experience with Donor Nexus would end there, but no it does not. Because then they poached the donor that I wanted to use for 4 months only to put all of her frozen eggs up on their website. So good luck with that, because nobody is going to spend that much on 6 frozen eggs with their useless guarantee. I even found different pictures of the same donor on another website and could see that she looked much more ethnic than she did on the Donor Nexus website... if it had worked out, my kid wouldn't have even looked like me! Do yourself a favor and extensively do the research, and talk to your doctor before you commit to any of these opportunistic, selfish egg donor agencies. You are starting a family, you are not here to fund some boujee wannabee rich person's life. Stay away from this place, they are so shady!

This is my 3d donation and 1st with Donor Nexus. Madison was amazing! So professional, caring and attentive. Helped me from start to finish. Im glad that i was able to work with them. Highly recommend Donor Nexus!

Don't trust this clinic. They lack transparency with their policies and treat potential donors badly. They are exploitative and sketchy.
