Elite Fertility Solutions's Online Review Report Card

I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant with a donor we used from Elite (I am 47). For us, it was the selection of the donors that stood out compared to others. The donor database was impressive — detailed, diverse, and thoughtfully curated. We appreciated the extensive information provided about each donor, which helped us feel confident and comfortable with our choice. Sheryl guided us through matching, medical coordination, and legal aspects seamlessly.

I paid a $1,500 retainer to the agency after agreeing to move forward with a donor. Afterward, the donor demanded an additional $10,000. Since the donor broke the agreement, I asked the owner, Sheryl, to return my retainer. She refused. I am now in the process of filing a claim in small claims court.

The staff at Elite Fertility Solutions are professional, timely, responsive, and highly attuned to the needs of its donors and IPs. Sarah Williams is an absolute GEM here! Through this process, I have felt comfortable, informed, and very well taken care of by Sarah. She is a fantastic person for this line of work where the processes may feel a bit intimidating, and as a result, require a high level of empathy. She has it all - I hope more clinics hire people like her and would highly recommend anyone give Elite Fertility Solutions their time/energy!

I have donated with Elite twice now and it has been an amazing experience both times. Sheryl is so kind and works hard to make sure that cycles go smoothly. I am a college student and my schedule is not always easy to navigate, but Sheryl has moved mountains to make things work. I truly cannot imagine a scenario in which my donations could have gone better.

I have been a donor for five out of my six cycles. Sheryl is a very direct person who will answer your questions as a donor thoroughly and she really truly treats you as an equal and with dignity. One time I was stranded due to a computing error and Sheryl was able to make sure I was taken care of and okay by even as late by eleven at night. This is by no means me saying to depend on that sort of timing, after all it is terribly late. But I wanted to make sure to mention her character and how she really is there for the donors. Her staff is also very polite and they did great communicating with me what the next steps were, even sending me reminders as deadlines approached. I really loved donating for Elite Fertility, there was a reason I came back to donate for them. Thank you so much Sheryl Anderson and team! Wishing you all the best

Worked with Elite for several years as a donor and completed all my donations with them. Never had a problem with anyone at the agency. Everyone has always been very lovely, welcoming, informative, and on top of things. This process can be pretty unpredictable and chaotic as it is but I always felt like I knew what was going on in a timely manner, always felt safe, and was always taken care of. Sheryl was always a lovely woman to correspond with and helpful during my time with the Elite. Would definitely recommend them as a fertility agency, to potential donors or otherwise. Will miss working with them immensely!

Elite fertility has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. We are so grateful for the love and care that we were shown through our whole journey. Sheryl Anderson helped me navigate a terrible time in my life. We were diagnosed as infertile and trying to understand egg donation for over-40 moms. It was scary, confusing, and clinical. WOW - Where do I even begin? Sheryl and the entire team at Elite Fertility Solutions were amazing start to finish. Trying to find the 'best' agency to work with to connect with an egg donor was an overwhelming search but we knew EFS was the best fit immediately. We appreciated being able to view profiles of donors from the very beginning without any pressure or commitment. We were impressed with the potential egg donors we saw. It was evident the vetting process was thorough. Sheryl and team know the recipe for success. One of the best parts about working with this agency is the responsiveness and communication. For anyone or families thinking about going through the IVF/surrogacy journey, its VERY overwhelming trying to manage all of the steps, people, etc. Elite Fertility definitely made this process much easier than it could have been with other agencies. Without going into specifics, we also ran into a few roadblocks along our embryo-creation journey, and Sheryl was an amazing partner. She instantly went into problem-solving mode and got everything straightened out in a matter of DAYS. My spouse and I are forever grateful to this agency.
