What happened to Dr. Chu? Where did she go? It's like she vanished into thin air. She is such a great Dr.

I should have left a review long time ago but somehow I didn't. Things maybe different now but to date I am still mad at the way Dr Chu behaved during my labor eleven years ago, when I had my first baby. That day she was late for about 20 minutes after I was fully dilated. When she finally showed up she didn't even say hi to me or my families. During the delivery, she chitchatted with a nurse when I was waiting for my next push, until that nurse reminded her that they should "go back to" the push. She must have received the message from my facial expression. I was just so shocked and disappointed at her work ethic. Needly to say I never went back to her. Hope no one has to go through what I went through.

I have been seeing doctor Chu for 18 years--for both OB and GYN. I think she is exceptional.

Great Doctor if you are looking for someone thorough, detailed and direct. She is very professional and is not going to beat around the bush with you. She took great care of us throughout this first pregnancy and performed a seamless C section delivery. She is an experienced doctor and a skilled surgeon. My husband and i couldn't be happier. Thank you and your team!

I understand that her bedside manner is not the best, but nothing could have prepared me for this. I had several concerns, including really painful cramps and wanted to know if there was something more serious going on- when I told her this, she told me I "should know my cycle by now" and asked me why I "couldn't just take painkillers." The whole encounter lasted maybe 10 minutes, where she frequently interrupted me and didn't seem to take me seriously. Most of her front desk staff were rude which I expected from previous reviews. Surprisingly, one of the nurses was actually pretty nice and explained some things this doctor refused to. This happened several months ago and I understand that Covid has been especially hard on healthcare workers and there could have been other factors that contributed to her acting this way. Either way I am never coming back :/

Dr Chu has lost the meaning of being a doctor! She sent my daughter sick because she couldn't fax her insurance cards! We pay a lot of money to have proper insurance and she couldn't see her without a fax copy SO WRONG! Dr Chu I am so discussed by doctors like you! Not to mention your rude staff. Will NEVER go see you and hope you retire soon!!!we need kind doctors who CARE.

De. Chu and her rude staff are cold hearted. Do not go there find another doctor and kind office. Let me tell you they only care about money and not your health! Do not go you will be crying after leaving their office. The doctor will ridicule you if you are over 40 making you believe you are menapusle and will tell how miserable you will be! I went somewhere else and my new doctor was so much positive!!!!

Dr. Chu is excellent but her front desk staff is incredibly difficult to work with. I can never get through on the phone to make an appointment, get a refill, anything. The office is closed between 12-2 pm every day, but it seems to be closed all the time! If the office is closed, you can't leave a voicemail so you need to try again another time. I've called at all times of day and the office answering system says it's closed. It's a frustrating process, especially when it comes to your health!
