Very professional health center. Lots of medical providers at this address.

Horrible care. Wrong tests. Misdiagnosed. Called and dropped a bomb on me - the doctor doesn't call but assigns it to some peon who offers no treatment plan. Multiple messages to the doctor ignore. Then find out, no I don't have what they claim, the test is not valid! All that for nothing! They will not help with prescriptions and, rather than calling me to find the correct info, put in the wrong info into the Denial system, so of course it was denied. Month and a half of battling - more messages ignored. Blue Shield joins my side, says for weeks, yes, we will pay. Still ignored. They ignore pharmacies too. A week of multiple messages and they were ignored. Another week and half of internal messages ignored. Multiple phone calls transferred to multiple voice mail boxes that, you guessed it, ignore I've never not had an on-call physician for when things go wrong, but this nightmare of a internal Hoag system makes it very easy to ignore patients and no on-call doctor. Waited two and half weeks, ran out of prescriptions. The worst health care of my life. As soon as open enrollment hits - good bye. When you go here, you get the immediate feeling that someone is yelling at the staff; people are very quick to say, not my fault/problem. There is a serious organizational culture problem.

Scheduled a Barium Swallow test for March 14. Arrived for check-in on March 14 and was told the test was actually scheduled for March 8, without prior notice. Was asked to reschedule.Tell me how I should react to this.

This is for the laboratory.Went for a blood test without Appt and it was well corrdinated. So attentive that they came up to me and ask if was register. If not they can get that going. Said dont worry You will be next in line. WoW Eveyone gave a good vibe and are very nice

I had to go see doctor Candace Howe . I didnt see her because my appointment was canceled and  I even wasnt told about it. They didnt try to reach me by phone or ermail.  Even tho they lied at the reception that they did. I didnt have any missed calls and Im not stupid. Just was told that the machine got off.I wasted time in traffic wasted time of my life and didnt even see the doctor to figure out my health issues. Now I need to wait another 3 days till this luxury hospital will take a look at me and my health problems. take off the sign Highest ranked in OC bullshit . Worst place to go unfortunately Newport Beach lost the quality of treating their patients.

Worst hospital to deliver baby.  They sell you on a nice hospital when taking baby classes leading up only to treat you like an unwelcomed guest.  My wife was forced into uncomfortable situations during delivering that were unprofessional and simply uncalled for.  Nurses forcing her and lying say they can see babys head.Delivery process a nightmare and they make you take notes during your stay.  They never read the notes and constantly ask you the same questions.They also try and upsell you products during healing process having unwelcome solicitors selling insurance and baby photos.
