Dr Moon was clear, thorough and took her time evaluating my situation. I appreciate her good recommendations and informative instructions that were clearly printed out for me! I should also mention, the check in was very easy and the med tech who took my vitals! Both were efficient and pleasant!! If necessary i will go there again!!!!

unfortunately they are very limited in what they can treat.I had an eye issue and the "provider" was very hesitant to prescribe an eye drop! Best to go to a facility that can actually treat a condition!I'm an RN and was disappointed.

I've received nothing but reasonably quick helpful care here at the Newport Coast branch. Great people on staff. Sitting in the lobby reading the signs and listening to the entitled NPC temper tantrums is always a treat. I don't know how they put up with it.

I went in for an eye problem on a Sunday and was seen by an NP or PA, Julia. When I followed up the next day w/ my eye Dr. she confirmed everything Julia had diagnosed and the prescriptions she had me fill. She remarked that it's unusual to get that kind of care for an eye problem at an Urgent care. Go Julia! And thank you.

I can honestly say that every experience I have had at this urgent care has been fantastic. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone is very professional, thorough, and seems to truly care about what I am there to be seen for.

I've never had such a phenomenal experience from start to finish then at Hoag Urgent Care Newport Coast. The front desk staff go beyond expectations. Prior to switching to Hoag, I hadn't experienced care and compassion by medical professionals in years, and it surely makes all the difference when your not feeling well.

I have never met a Hoag provider from front desk to Nurse Practitioner to Doctor who wasn't welcoming, cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend. They have always helped me to feel cared for.

Professional staff. Great communication and attention to detail from the front desk, triage and physician. I'm an Emergency Physician Medical Director (not affiliated with Hoag) and this is my go to hospital network when I need care for myself, my wife (and even my mother who passed away at Hoag Irvine ED the day before Thanksgiving treated with compassion and kindness in her last moments). This is Orange County's go to institution from Urgent Care to Emergency treatment and evaluation, Hospital care and Followup.
