Unethical clinic. Improper and incomplete instructions given the first time so I had to come back less than 2 weeks later for a retest. I confirmed upfront I would not be charged for the retest….however they still charged me afterward. When I called to address it the manager Maria, she just talked to me in circles. Finally she said she would follow up with me via email, then emailed me saying I would be charged and gave a nonsensical reason why that had nothing to do with what we discussed. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Thanks HRC for adding a poor experience to an already difficult situation 👎.

I have been going to HRC for a few years now and the staff feel like family. It is important to have a great support system when going through fertility treatment and an even better medical fertility team. I don't trust anyone else than Dr. Lisa Becht & her team (Emily (PA-C) Amanda (Coordinator), Tu (Finance), Celeste & Carissa (back office staff) & ALL of the surgical center. Everyone is extremely sweet & nice. They take such great care of me, they listen to my concerns & questions. I also appreciate that Dr. Becht & her team come up with a plan to ensure for a successful transfer. I have complete faith in the office to do what's best for fertility & my health. The office is really clean and a lot of parking surrounding the office building.
Going to see a fertility doctor is never easy. It brings fear and anxiety of the unknown future. I came toHRC and they made relieved all my fear and anxiety. I met with coordinator Liz, finance department head Tu and Dr Becht. They all are amazing humans. I didn't feel rushed, everything was explained to me clearly, all questions answered. Through this whole process they weee my biggest cheerleaders. I felt like they were friends by then end of it all. They went ABOVE and Beyond to help me every step of the way. I am now 7 months pregnant and are awaiting our little baby girl in November. I'm writing this review to put everyone at ease. This is definitely the place for you to go for infertility care.
Don't. Just don't. If I could put 0 stars I would. I don't want all of my personal information out there, but the summary is as follows. We came to HRC through our insurance. We were pressured into moving straight to IVF based on the blood test results and my husband's "male factor". Went through 2 rounds. Then we had to switch providers, which ended up having us go to a different company altogether, which THANK GOD we did! At that point, we found out we were given incorrect information about what was covered by insurance in addition to discovering HRC charges 2x or more as other fertility clinics FOR THE SAME TREATMENT. We knew because *novel concept* the other clinic gives you a transparent list of prices at the START (including medication prices). No surprises or "that depends". AND they LIED to us about my husband's results from his tests. Stating there was a "male factor" that our new doctor stated wasn't indicated in his testing results that were sent to them from HRC. When we left, there was a $0 balance. Now, all of a sudden, we're getting bills from their automatic portal trying to bill us when they haven't even sent us a bill and it doesn't say what it's for! Tried emailing our previous team and contacts... ALL CAME BACK UNDELIVERABLE. Their facility is beautiful because they're crooks. Preying on people just trying to have a family. Shame on you HRC.
If i can do - 100 stars i will unfortunately one star is the minimum
Very unprofessional. They charged me for a $75 deposit and then called two hours before the zoom initial consultation and asked me to switch it to a regular phone call. When I told them my appointment was a zoom video call and asked for deposit to be back to my card, they said they reject my request! I disputed the charge but recommend everyone else to be careful with how this business operates. Otherwise fertility centers do not require the deposit and act professionally.
I absolutely love Dr. Potter! After reading so many negative reviews I feel for others that may not have had a good experience with him. But initially meeting him he was very nice, caring, answered all of our questions, and totally knows what he's doing. My first cycle with him went very smoothly and his coordinator at the time Amanda is a god send! She was so attentive, responds in a timely manner, and makes sure you don't ever feel alone during your cycle. I successfully gave birth to a healthy baby and Dr. Potter and Amanda took pictures holding her! He was so happy to see "his baby" as he likes to call them, which I think is very sweet. Currently going through another cycle now and I know I am in good hands. You go Dr! Thank you for helping people bring life into this world!
ABSOLUTE HORROR OF A FERTILITY CENTER - Dr. Frederick uses one-size-fits-all treatment plan, using max hormone drugs with little regard to individual patient needs or effects/side effects. (This tracks with other patient experiences, though unfortunately discovered too late.) - Staff gives information conflicting to what Dr. Frederick states, necessitating frequent additional phone meetings with the doctor. - Staff, like the "coordinator," are not qualified to give medical advice, but constantly did so. - Staff do not know how to calculate time when dealing with daylight savings time changes (multiple staff, even supervisory level), causing unnecessary additional stress for those time-critical hormone injections just prior to egg retrieval. - Billing staff is unresponsive to inquiries regarding a rash of inexplicable, conclusory charges. - As if the process is not stressful enough, when pushed for a response, explanation, or correct information... HRC Fertility ghosted us for about a week after they invoiced us and had simultaneously already decided to drop us as patients. Without warning, we receive a "chemistry letter" stating they were unilaterally ending the relationship... FOUR DAYS BEFORE OUR SCHEDULED EMBRYO TRANSFER! Adding insult to injury, this was at end of the first week in December. Imagine just MISSING YOUR EMBRYO TRANSFER, and... having to absolutely scramble to find a new fertility doctor/clinic, do all the new patient onboarding/scheduling/appointments, and relocating your precious embryos from enemy hands... ALL DURING THE HOLIDAYS AT THE END OF THE YEAR! Don't fall for the hype and marketing. HRC Fertility is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. The lowest common denominator baby mill, that does NOT care about your time, money, well-being, or circumstances.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
