Removed a skin cancer by excision, didn’t get it all. NO APOLOGY, just “I heard”. Bandaged with cream & cursory care instructions for two weeks. Infection ensued. My problem….2 weeks of antibiotic cream, then two weeks of corrective chemo cream therapy by me. Two weeks of waiting, THEN return to doctor to see if everything is okay. So I’m in pain & inconvenienced because she didn’t do her job & get all of the margins.

Dr. Kim is not only excellent doctor but also has great bedside manner. She took care of my son's cyst and he is only 8 years old. Although it could be ana challenged procedure but she made sure he is ok first emotionally and with excellent skill she handled the procedure. I can say only good experiences about her and this visit.
