Staff was totally professional, took care to make everything was discreet. Facility was immaculate. But the best part was this. Due to no fault of his own, there was a small area of non-growth, that during my post opp visit (maybe a year later?), we both noticed and he readily acknowledged, immediately following up with another visit to make it right. No argument. No issues. No complaining. In fact he showed true interest and commitment to making sure I was 100% satisfied with the process and the result. Net net, I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend Dr. Cole and his team of professions.

Dr. Cole is certainly and without a doubt a great Hair Transplant Surgeon and he brings together with his awesome medical assistants a full filling experience. I couldn’t believe I was going bald at such a young age!! My hair was my identity!! I felt like it was all down hill from here!! I searched for all sorts of different remedies, but everything just seemed like a scam!! I went in to a consultation at Dr. Cole’s Office thinking I may be able to at least keep what I had with some laser treatment or some other method they had. I had NO idea a transplant would be so doable!! I ended up going with the TRANSPLANT the next DAY!! They were able to schedule me in right away!! It is seamless!! Dr. Cole COMPLETELY RESTORED my identity & I actually love it more than my original hairline!! Dr. Cole is a MASTER!!

From the consultation to the procedure to the after care and check up, the staff, nurses and Dr. Cole were all professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal. Their efforts on surgery day, allowed the procedure to go very smooth. Their positivity and support before and after have been pleasure to deal with. Dr. Cole's work was done well, and I would highly recommend this particular Bosley facility to anyone looking into such a procedure.

My wife and I met with Dr. Jeffrey Cole for a hair restoration consultation. Dr. Cole and his staff answered all of our questions during the consultation, and I was confident we picked the right doctor for an FUE restoration procedure. On the day of my surgery, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to my needs as a patient. I was comfortable during the procedure, and was even able to enjoy a lunch compliments of the office. Dr. Cole moved with speed and precision, and even went the extra mile to help with hiding a scar from a prior surgery. My recovery was quick, and following Dr. Cole's instructions resulted in very little discomfort while the hair implants were healing. Today, I have more hair, and would go back to Dr Cole for another procedure without any hesitation. Overall, I can't recommend Dr. Cole enough. He is an outstanding professional in his field, and his staff is unparalleled in service.
