Dr. Jennifer Knox is a professional, knowledgeable and personable doctor. She has a way of making me feel very comfortable in the office. She answers all my questions and I never feel rushed during my visit. I’ve been with her many years and have always gotten the best medical care. I highly recommend her. She is the best!

She did not discuss a simple blood test to screen for prostate cancer. This discussion was a recommendation of the US Preventative Services Task Force. This neglect caused irreparable harm.

Dr. Knox Barleben is everything you are looking for in a physician! She is so professional, knowledgeable and she Has much experience in her young career! We have been treated with personal care for years and she has responded in a timely fashion giving us all of care that we have needed! Coming from a medical background in my family, this has been such a rewarding experience!

I was referred to Dr. Knox and called her exchange on a Saturday due to an urgent matter. I left a detailed message, which included the referring doctor the patients name etc. and that we wanted to engage her concierge service. When I spoke to her she indicated that she hadn’t seen the patient since 2013, and that the “patient” left her office cursing and shouting. Eventually, we got past the fact that, we have a common last name and we didn’t even live here in 2013 and her experience was with another “Jones”. After that she asked who is this anyway? I explained and then she moved into, so you’re just “cold calling” doctors on a Saturday? . Remember, I was attempting to hire her for her advertised 24/7 concierge service. I understand that this a tough time for everyone, but a doctor treating someone (anyone) like this in a time of need In is unacceptable and very sad.

As an admittedly "demanding patient" who is naturally critical of most M.D.s... The only rating you can possibly give for Dr Jennifer Knox is "excellence." That not only speaks for Dr Knox's level of skill, knowledge & experience (read her bio which is exemplary) - but her truly personal concern for her patients and down to earth personality, reminds me of the old time country Drs who actually call you personally, and really CARE. To find this level of medical AND personal care, WITH her credentials is hard to believe. Shes truly a terrific Dr and even better human being.

Dr. Knox is fantastic! She is caring, thorough and honest. I have even emailed her a couple times with concerns and she responds quickly!

Dr. Jennifer Knox had been my primary care physician since 2008 and through the end of 2016. Best doctor in the West, in my opinion. She is prompt, answers questions quickly through the NextMD portal, returns calls, cares, actually LISTENS TO HER PATIENTS and is very extremely medically knowledgeable within her specialty, Internal Medicine, and as a primary care physician. The only reason I had to find another doctor in 2017 was because I had an insurance change and Dr. Knox was not in network. She is truly the best!

She is a caring and carful caregiver. You can trust her to give you an honest and expert opinion for your needs. Thank you Dr. Knox!!

Dr.Knox used to be my fav Dr. I had a heart murmur pop up last Dec. around Christmas time. During my appointment she heard my very loud and new heart murmur but did not send me to the ER explaining it would take too long to admit me. Guess she was ready for vacation cause she let us wait over an hour in the waiting room which is rare for her practice. We tried to follow through with her referral to a cardiologist but no one was taking any calls there either. So the next day I was taken to the ER by my husband and the day after that I had open heart surgery. This was serious stuff and Dr. Knox really let me down. The aftermath of my surgery included an extreme depression. Once again Dr. Knox let me down. She should have referred me to a psychiatrist but instead she gave me a bunch of samples of Trintellix, a new antidepressant ONLY psychiatrists are supposed to prescribe. Ended up suicidal, no supervision from her.Finding a new doc soon.
