Dr. Lai is amazing! She is very sweet and wants to genuinely get to know you. She listens to your fears and concerns and walks with you through the process, step by step. I highly recommend her.

This incredible Dr. Saved the life of my son. She is wonderful her bedside manner is so pleasant.

Dr. Lai has changed mine and my family’s life forever, more than once. I have had some unfortunate complications with a recent pregnancy and she helped us through it medically and emotionally. She is so supportive and takes her time to walk through everything until you’re comfortable with the information and follows up to make sure you’re okay. She has performed surgery on me twice now and as scared as I was, she made it all okay and I will forever be grateful for her.

Dr. Lai is a nice doctor but hard to get a hold of. It takes over 30 minutes to schedule an appointment and the office staff and nursing staff are very rude. If you have a question it can take a day or two for a call back. I had to be rushed to the hospital over the weekend because her incompetent staff did not give me an ultrasound as I had asked that evening and ended up having emergency surgery that night. I would not trust my life to her or her staff and never recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Lai delivered both of my boys -- she is hands down one of the best doctors that I have ever been to. I had 2 complicated pregnancies and her bedside manner and vast knowledge and experience enabled me to deliver 2 healthy and happy children. I am eternally grateful to her and to her entire team at the office -- they were incredible from beginning to end!

Dr. Lai is a knowledgeable OBGYN with an incredible bedside manor. I have been seeing doctor Lai as my gynecologist for several years. Recently she performed a polylpectomy in my Uterus. She found the polyp on a Monday and the following Friday she had scheduled me to remove it. She talked me through everything in laymens terms and was so kind. The operation went off sermlessly. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr Lai is awesome. I moved to the area a few months ago and had to change doctors in the middle of my pregnancy. Everyone in the office guided me through the process, and Dr Lai took over wonderfully. She is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable and SO professional; she answered patiently all my questions and concerns, she was spot-on with all her "predictions" on how my pregnancy would develop, and in the end the delivery went perfectly. I had one issue with the billing department but they corrected it; the ladies at the front desk were friendly for the most part, the nurses I met were very good (a couple not very friendly, but always professional). The NP Donna is very friendly and professional too, and Bianca, the lady at the check out desk, was VERY efficient with the appointment scheduling. The lady who made my sonograms was very very good too. I do not use artificial contraception, just NFP, and Dr Lai was very respectful of that. This really was a beautiful experience and I'm thankful I found this practice in general, and Dr Lai in particular.

Great Bedside manner. Office staff was unresponsive in sending me a copy of my reports which I called several times and requested. Dr Lai herself delivered my first born child. She failed to properly stitch me up after delivery (I tore and could've used 20 more stitches to the area). I am left with a healed yet damaged area that will now need plastic surgery to correct. All in all I would say inexperienced and sloppy as a doctor, yet she is very sweet.

Couldn't be happier with Dr. Lai as my OBGYN. She is knowledgable, caring and compassionate. She always took the time to really listen to me and answer all questions I had. Just delivered my second high risk baby with her and wouldn't recommend anyone else. She listened to my birth plan and helped me stick to it. She is knowledgable and cautious( but does not push C-Sections or unessasary procedures/tests.
