Joseph Kabaklian's Online Review Report Card

I’ve had issues with my smile and teeth for years. I chose Enamel based on reviews I’ve read. Those reviews were spot on. In a matter of an hour and a half Dr Kabaklian came up with a perfect plan to make my smile something I have always wanted, explained every step to me and how to get here to there in 7 months. Walked me through prices and didn’t push anything additional on that I wouldn’t need. Everyone was so kind and straightforward. The receptionist even helped me figure out a good insurance to go with for all the work i need done. I have never walked into a dentist office and felt so relaxed and heard. I’m so excited to start my smile journey with the whole Office. Highly recommend!!

A very, very professional staff and state of the art equipment

My first experience with Dr. Kabaklian was wonderful. The reception was friendly and efficiently and although I only came in for a consultation, I was able to walk out with my gum contouring done same day. Dr. Kabaklian walked me through all of my concerns and explained the various options that I had.

The best office staff and dentist I have ever been to!!

The cleaning was okay, not one of the best I had, but I also don't have gum problem, so I am almost satisfied.Doctor Kabaklian instead is good. He has a soft approach, no pushing, no terrorism and he is honest. He found nothing and told me that my pain was do to bruxism. He knows what he is doing, definitely.3 stars because they charge me after for the polish that they used for the cleaning ...really?! I think they know better that doing these kind of stupid tricks. It made me almost rethink about them...but I will give them another shot.

Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional and informative at Dr. Kabaklian’s office. I am so glad I found this dental office and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a need for a dentist.

They are the best!!!!! Very friendly, timely, and do a fantastic job. I trust Dr. Kabaklian and his staff with my teeth. They do not over charge you and work with insurance to get you the most bang for your buck. I highly recommend! They are not the closest dentist near me and I will drive to keep him as my dentist. He’s that good!

My experience here has always been so great. Friendly and knowledgable staff and Dr. Kabaklian is a pro. I always have a great experience when I visit. Definitely highly recommend his services.

Excellent service!

I cant say enough great things about Enamel. The first time my partner and I came in, I remember thinking that the place looked really fancy, and the last time we went to a fancy provider in Newport Beach, we got overcharged like crazy. This place is NOT like that whatsoever, and their staff, as well as Dr. Kabaklian himself, stated that they would rather charge the insurance company rather than their clients. This is EXTREMELY appreciated, given that we are both graduate students living on meager stipends, and not the wealthy clientele that I believe most Orange County locations are used to seeing. We first arrived for our cleanings and were photographed (a VERY new experience for me) by his wonderful assistant Chris Estrada, and then had our cleanings done. Our cleanings were done thoroughly and we had excellent conversation along the way with everyone involved. My partner actually exclaimed afterward that we, couldve hung out there all day since everyone was so friendly and laidback. After my cleaning, I had Dr. Kabaklian take a look at my own situation, whereby Id developed some gaps over the years after having had braces as a teenager. Dr. Kabaklian took the time to discuss my options thoroughly and even showed me some past patients hed worked with to easily explain to me how everything could be done. He even took the time to explain it to my mom via video chat! You can tell that Dr. Kabaklian is dedicated to his craft. He really cares about dentistry and making sure all of his clients have beautiful teeth. Within a few weeks, I was underway with Invisalign and have about a month left in my trays before I will have beautiful straight teeth again. I do monthly checkins with him in the meantime and him and his staff are always, kind, compassionate, and caring. My major point of contact on his staff is Jacqueline, who is always professional and easy to talk to. I have had to move appointments around like crazy due to my own hectic schedule, and I am always accommodated, even if it is at the last minute. At this point, Ive referred at least three of my friends to Enamel because I really truly believe that this is the best and most affordable option in the OC. I cant stress enough how happy I am with Enamel and see myself being a client with them for the rest of my years here in the OC. I will update my review with photos once my teeth become beautifully straight a la Dr. Kabaklian and his craftmanship once my Invisalign is finished!
