Dr. Karen Kim has been my doctor for a very long time and she is BEYOND AMAZING!!! She has always been extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, consistent, kind, efficient as well as her incredible staff. Dr. Kim and her staff have always done what is in my best interest regarding my health. Highly recommend Dr. Karen Kim and her amazing office!!!

I'm probably one of those "nightmare" patients that doctors talk about amongst themselves... I want to know the how and the why and why/not about everything. I research and talk about what "Dr. Google said..." I freak out if WebMD has too many warnings and contraindications about a prescribed drug. Then - total contradiction in study that I am.. I'm a pain in the butt when I'm really sick.. I want HELP and I want it fixed NOW no matter what it takes. Enter, Dr. Karen Kim.. a candidate for sainthood if ever there was and her faithful staff. (I'm talking about YOU, Maria!). The patience coupled with her always-on-point knowledge of the latest research and findings and gentle but exceedingly competent and fluent and dedication to find the best possible solution for ME... (* Dr. Kim sees and treats me as the whole person and not just a one-size fits all problem to solve... Hallelujah!!) I'm so greatful and privileged to call her my doctor. Appointments are granted swiftly and questions posed to the team are intelligently vetted and YES, they call you back -- the same day. Whattt? Yes. This office is amazing and deserve every kudos, award and star a person could give. If you are looking for the top one percent of family physicians out there... Dr. Kim is - in my opinion and she and her team have fully EARNED THIS COMMENT by a self-confessed pain in the drawers ..... SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST.

Everything... top down, bottom up. The entire staff and Dr. Kim - deliver the best patient support you could hope for. They respond QUICKLY and that's a big deal when you aren't feeling well. Dr. Kim ordered and followed up immediately with the medication I needed... I have to REALLY RESPECT her judgment. I was feeling better with a brand new medication within 24 hours. Chloe, Maria, the entire team provide cheerful, patient, understanding patient services and support like no other office. SO BLESSED to call this PFM and Dr. Kim my doctor!! Thank you again and again.
