I have never encountered a Dr. who is so unprofessional, careless and doesn't care about their patients to the extreme extent with no exaggeration. She has been a very negative experience since the first appointment. With all the alleged acclamations, she has no social skill to communicate with her patients. Truly a very negative experience. I dont understand how she ever became a credible cardiologist.
She doesn't care about your symtoms, she only cares about ordering tests left and right, never calls back because " she's too busy", unpleasant unprofessional and mediocre doctor at best! Waste of time and money
Rude, rushed, doesn't listen, totally entitled, unprofessional, mediocre doctor. Waste of time and money!
Long wait time without any apology. Abrupt, dismissive, no warmth or empathy. Couldn’t wait to usher us out. Have never been to a doctor who advised to “just put up with it.”
Would not recommend. Terrible bed side manner and no preparation for our appointment. Half the visit was spent in a hurried and condescending state of lecture. She failed to review any of the referral notes sent from my PCP or the EKG she set up prior to my visit. The report noted suspicion of 2 specific occurrences and she told me that it was incorrect and it shouldn’t have been put there when I questioned her as to why it was on the report. I was told to add more salt to my food and send more documents to her for review. Considering that she stopped talking to me half way through the appointment and started directing all her questions to my husband as if he was the patient, you can pretty much surmise the appointment was a waste of my time just as much as she wasted her own time. If you need a thorough cardiologist who takes the time to review and listen to their patient’s medical history to rule out any variables and not provide an impromptu and assumption of diagnosis-this is not your doc.
I accompanied a patient of hers and when we arrived the receptionist proceeded to disrepectfully inform us that we needed to confirm the appointment. This was the first time we failed to confirm an appointment due to being extremely busy (father recently passed and mother had a stroke) She was very back handed and rude with her comments. Dr.Behboodikhah is amazing but behavior displayed by the receptionist was unacceptable.
I wish I would have read some of the reviews before going into my consult. I was referred by my PCP and was contacted by Dr. B’s office almost 2 months prior to set up my initial visit. I found it frustrating that in that two month period she took no time to research my tests (ekg or echo) which her office ordered, prior labs or tests, or my questionnaire. When she asked me at my appointment about my history and symptoms she immediately got frustrated and said I was not giving her what she wanted for the information. To my surprise she suddenly diverted all questions to my husband as if he was the patient speaking on my behalf! I felt absolutely dehumanized and dismissed and honestly was close to walking out on her. as I gathered my things, she changed her tone and was still directing all questions to my husband. I stayed calm and quiet, but more out of shock a dr. Could be so short and rude with her patients. I’d give a zero star if I could.
Dr. B is the best. I have congestive heart failure and have a pacemaker/defibrillator. Dr. B. replaced it once when battery got low. She is kind, considerate, professional, more knowledgeable than most cardiologists, and most of all she is dedicated to her patients. I have recommended her to my whole family.
Even putting aside her unsettled comportment, this was the most concerning encounter in a doctors office I have ever had. Statements such as; all nuts have sodium in them and all soda has caffeine are not factual. Additionally, her suggestion that eating dried rather than fresh fruit can decrease sugar consumption is also not factual. Considering her speciality, I assume a large percentage of her patients have hypertension. A basic understanding of nutrition is essential. She oddly concluded that I had experienced a heat stroke, not only was there no evidence to support this but I presented contradictory evidence. She remained adamant of this "diagnosis" and repeatedly stated, "you had a heat stroke, you had a heat stoke....". I am concerned for her other patients and feel obliged to leave a review.
Excellent physician. She is caring and knowledgeable. My husband and I recommend her highly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
