Mark A. Montano does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Dr. Montano is very patience , caring, listening and explaining to help me getting better. He helped me 10 yrs. ago from losing memory, walking, talking etc..I was able to get back to work and be normal. He is very honest with answers all my questions. I went back to him for couple months with vertigo as usual, he pays attention on my concern questions, I always spend at least 30-45 min. with him. I trust him!

Excellent care! Very personable and knowledgeable. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years.
Wonderful neurologist! I am in the medical profession & he listens, explains & is extremely knowledgeable. Glad he is my doctor.
I had 2 MRIs and a lowerextremity nerve conductivity test conducted at the place ($$$$) and the dingbat receptionist disputed the fact that I was Dr.s patient, when I was calling for my records! The matter was later resolved, but left a very bad taste in my mouth. When I went to pick up my MRI CDs, I was disgusted with the fact that I had to pay for my own CDs. That really sucked.About the only good thing I have to say is that this is a onestopshop. There are 5 or 6 neurologists who neurologize in one office and they all have different areas of specialty. That being said, they dont all accept the same insurance (Blue cross/blue shield PPO).
Dr. Montano was very patient, he listened and I did not feel rushed. He seemed very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.
My 15 minute consult turned out to be a very superficial standard doctor questions which does not delve how my other symptoms are linked to the neurological feeling I am experiencing. I sought a 2nd opinion from another neurologist who spent 45 min and helped me to recovery. I will skip Dr Montano......now UCI charged a full $500 for this 15 min since it is coded as first visit. UCI Dispute department ignored my complaint and treated me very rudely when I challenged his care and the bill.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
