Oc Fertility + Oc Biogenix's Online Review Report Card

Hi, Using a pseudonym here for the sake of anonymity. Anyway, I have a question for you: Would you be willing to work with a man to create IVF embryos with the help of an egg donor even if this man wants to give all of these embryos up for donation to Snowflakes Embryo Adoption without him ever personally using any of these embryos himself? Basically, such a man wants to continue his maternal grandparents' genetic line because his maternal grandparents had way too few descendants (due to a cousin of this man's dying as an infant in the 1980s and her father never having any additional children before his own death 15 years later) and also because his maternal grandfather himself was an only child. However, he would strongly prefer not to personally assume the obligations of parenthood if at all possible. He'd love to be a sperm donor, even a known one, but unfortunately he isn't eligible to be an anonymous sperm donor due to his autism, ADHD, anxiety, arrhythmia, mild obesity, and NAFLD. While he might or might not be eligible to be a known sperm donor, the question is whether anyone would actually be interested in him as a known sperm donor, even though he does have a degree from a pretty good university. So, this man feels that this embryo creation (with an egg donor) plus embryo donation right afterwards is the best path for him to leave a biological legacy for his maternal grandparents after his own future death. Would you actually be willing to work with such a man or not?

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Moayeri and her entire team! After a long and challenging fertility journey, I finally found a practice where I felt truly cared for at every step. Dr. Moayeri is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but she has a warmth and compassion that made all the difference during such an emotional process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel like a partner in my own care rather than just another patient. But what really sets this practice apart is the ENTIRE team. Every single person I encountered - from the front desk staff to the nurses to the medical assistants - was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in my success. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even hopeful. And can we talk about the anesthesiologist?! This person may genuinely be my new favorite human. They were all so calm, reassuring, and skilled . Their bedside manner was absolutely exceptional - they explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and had me laughing right up until I drifted off. I woke up feeling great, and that’s entirely thanks to their expertise and care. My egg retrieval went smoothly, and I credit that to the entire team’s coordination and skill. If you’re looking for a fertility practice where you’ll be treated like family and receive top-notch medical care, look no further. Dr. Moayeri and her team are truly the best in the business. I only just started to work with this office , me and my husband came from Kaiser and decided to give IUI another shot at Dr.Moyeri’s office. Although my journey is only beginning the staff are wonderful , attentive, & welcoming. Jamie NP was kind and gentle as she walked me through our procedure & for Dr.Moyeri our first visit with her me and my husband felt comfortable addressing our needs and concerns and detail explanation to everything was provided

This started as a 5 star review as if you leave a 5 star review you get something for FREE, so don't get fooled by all these 5 star reviews. Dr Moayeri is nice in person, is encouraging and makes you feel like she knows what she is talking about, until you meet a Dr who really knows what they're talking about. She uses a book that tells her what medication and how much you'll be using based on your age and weight, so there's not really any personalization to your IVF plan. My husband and I went with a lot of hope, a lot of dreams, and in our 20's and we left with no answers and broken hearts. All she would always say is "hang in there" like we were bottomless pits of cash and had no emotions. We had to pay for everything upfront (at least in 2021/2022) because they didn't work with insurance directly. And as expected from these kind of people, out of the $30k only $2500 were reimbursed back to us. We decided to get a second opinion in TJ Mexico and instead of wasting 2+ years and tens of thousands of dollars, we spent 1/3 the money and 2 months doing treatment with minimal medication, we now have triplets and have 6 frozen embryos; truly night and day difference. I cannot say how much I regret going to Dr moayeri and wasting precious time and money. But at the end of the day, it was a lesson learned. IVF is such a hard road to go through, I feel like dr's and clinics should just try harder and do their best.

I have been seeing Dr Moayeri for a couple of years now for various things...fertility testing, fertility treatments, and most recently she did my egg retrieval. The clinic, the staff, their surgery center, their lab, the embryologists-- they are all about quality care...And they really do care. You can feel it the moment you walk into the office. It's already hard to find a doctor that is both skilled and has bedside manner and Dr Moayeri has both. I will say she is very clinical. I trust her & her team and could not recommend them more.

I’m so grateful to have found OC Fertility. From the moment I walked in, the experience was comforting and positive. Everyone—from the front desk receptionist to Ava, the doctor’s assistant, and Dr. Sharon—was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. The office itself is beautiful, with stunning views that really help ease what can be a very emotional process. The entire team was informative, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for every step of the way. I truly felt in good hands and am so happy to be on this journey with such a compassionate and professional clinic.

I just had my first appoinment with Dr. Moyaeri last week and my experience was great. she took her time to listen to me and get to know - which is not very common withing doctors. So far my experience has been great!

Lovely office. Friendly staff. Doctor is kind and caring. The cost of procedures is confusing as no one can answer what the fees will be out of pocket. This information should be available & simple to provide.

Dr. Moayeri and her team at OC Fertility were amazing. Her team was very communicative with me and assisted me with making sure we had all my records and documents lined up for a successful first visit. Dr. Moayeri was warm and friendly from the start. I wanted to see her for a second opinion and see what my options were. She made me feel like I wasn’t alone and provided me with hope and reassurance for my situation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moayeri.

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this fertility clinic. To say their customer service is lacking would be an understatement. First, they wrongfully charged me for a follow-up consultation, which was incredibly frustrating. Even worse, despite numerous attempts to reach them, I never received my lab results from September. It is now almost March. Not a single response to my inquiries—completely unprofessional. They also failed to explain any of the medications they were sending to my pharmacy. I had no idea what it was, why I was taking it, or the potential side effects, which left me feeling both confused and anxious. But that was just the beginning of my frustrations. The worst part was when my doctor (Sachdev) left in the middle of my treatment without any prior notice; just a complete abandonment of care. I tried repeatedly to reach someone higher up to address these issues. I left multiple messages with the front desk, but I was never called back. It’s as if they just didn’t care about their patients or providing any level of accountability. For a clinic that deals with something as delicate as fertility, their lack of communication and attention to detail is absolutely inexcusable. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They’ve proven to be incompetent, unprofessional, and downright negligent.
