Elizabeth was an absolute angel! I had my first IVF transfer on November 13th and she made the experience so memorable for my husband and I, and knew how to calm our nerves. I came in not knowing what to expect and walked into a room with a personalized welcome, Elizabeth introduced herself with a precious photo of our embryo, helped us keep the gender a surprise, and proceeded to say the right, encouraging words as she dimmed the lights and put calming ocean wave sounds.

I've had several transfers here and they do an excellent job every time. The embryologist took her time explaining our embryo to us (so helpful!) and the team all seemed like they genuinely cared about our journey, our experience and our outcome.
