I am a healthcare professional. I have been seeing Dr. Tsai for several years. She is a very warm , friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Never any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai.

After reading the negative reviews of the office staff, I was a little apprehensive about my appointment today. I am pleased to report everything was great. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Tsai was super nice and took time to consult with me. A great office.

Dr. Tsai is an excellent physician. My mother is a patient of hers and Dr. Tsai has always given her quality care. She is very thorough and explains and follows through with visits and care. She is kind and patient with her patients as well. Thank you Dr. Tsai. Five stars!

Dr. Patricia Tsai is awesome. She has a great personality and truly cares for her patience. She is extremely efficient with your time and easy to talk to. I am so happy to have found her. Definitely would recommend her. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with no pain or complications. She provided a detailed report after procedures. Received a followup call the next day and was very professional.

My experience with Dr. Tsai was very good however her front office staff is the worse I have ever encountered. There is an old bag in front that takes your forms and information and she was rude and angry for no reason. I asked her a question and she ignored me and just kept typing and looking at her keyboard. I asked her again and she looked up at me like I was inconveniencing her in some way. She looked back at her keyboard and still did not answer the question. I think Dr. Tsai should fire the entire staff. Put them in the unemployment office where they belong.

I am very happy to have Dr. Tsai as my doctor. She is very very good. She is very attentive and caring but most of all she is highly intelligent and communicates very well and explains everything very well. I could not be more pleased with the medical care and advise Dr. Tsai gave to me. I highly recommend her. Jeremy F

Dr. Tsai is an outstanding ,doctor, who is extremely dedicated to her patients and her field. She is a consummate professional, and brilliant in her field, punctual, caring, and always follows-up. If I could give her ten stars, I would rate off off the charts! I've' gone to her many years. Her staff is excellent, Betty, Ruby and others, I wish I had their names.
