I am a healthcare professional. I have been seeing Dr. Tsai for several years. She is a very warm , friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Never any issues. I highly recommend Dr. Tsai.

I saw Dr Tsai a while ago for 2 colonoscopies. First her office is so hot it's like a sauna. Staff did the job but wasn't friendly. I like Dr tsai but I found her to not be knowledgeable is some basic gastro issues. First she was horrified when I told her fiber is the worst thing for IBSc. And she told me I couldn't have SIBO because I didn't have diarrhea. Methane based SIBO causes constipation. She's on for basic stuff but o don't trust her to diagnose a gastro issue.

Very bad care quality. The doctor left me a message threatening to bill me for no show when I was already in the facility on time hooked up and with iv line in ready for the surgery. At time of discharge she didn't come and talk to me and didn't go over the discharge information with my driver. I had stabbing pain after the surgery. For sure I will not go to see this doctor any more

Dr. Tsai is great, but her receptionist is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The receptionist is lazy, rude and irresponsible..

I was experiencing bad stomach pain that got worse over months that I had to leave work and rush to ER. I was in Hoag Hospital Emergency Room last night for hours, they found inflammation in my gut. Hoag referred to me Dr. Tsai gastroenterologist, I'm experience bad pain that the Hoag emergency room doesn't specialize in.... I call this morning to set up an appointment and the only available appointment is 2 months from now.... This is a serious matter than can kill me or ruin my life due to the fact that I can't work comfortably. Healthcare has been a wreck through Hoag, it seems like most doctors are careless and just process insurance. My primary physician told me the best way to get care is through the emergency room. Now I'm stuck with stomach pain I've been dealing with for over 4 months have has gotten considerably worse over the last couple of weeks. I don't know what to do!

After reading the negative reviews of the office staff, I was a little apprehensive about my appointment today. I am pleased to report everything was great. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Tsai was super nice and took time to consult with me. A great office.

Dr. Tsai is an excellent physician. My mother is a patient of hers and Dr. Tsai has always given her quality care. She is very thorough and explains and follows through with visits and care. She is kind and patient with her patients as well. Thank you Dr. Tsai. Five stars!

First I asked them please mail the paperwork that was refused. I should have guessed not to go. I went early to do paperwork. Then waited 2 hrs. Next was not to get a ct but needed blood work. Went to get blood that order was never sent and I sat trying to get that done. They could not do it doc was busy. My doctor did it. Blood appointments take weeks. It was stressful. They never called me with cT results either. Worst doctors office. I canceled other test.

Great doctor horrible staff. Rude, misinformation, gave me a visit recap showing my meds from 8 yrs ago and PCP from that time. I had filled out form with current meds.Was referred by my current PCP for Dr Tsai colonoscopy Aug 2021. So records not updated yet. Jenni insisted that I had two consecutive appointments in Oct, and insisted I need to pay a second copay for the non existent visit. I had paid copay and had correct dated receipt.Saw Dr Tsai at 5 Pm on first, day had referral for CT dated that date, but office entered finotes the following day and claimed I owed copay for that day also. Argued with Jenni for 40 min about it on principles. Jenni told me if I didn't pay she would turnover to collection and it would cost $30 more then. Plus what effect on my credit. Have heard some Doctors double dipping on insurance claims with virtual visits. Her office claims any phone call is a visit also. Hope Dr Tsai is not one of those. Another glitch today, I told Dr Tsai on Monday that I would drop off a copy of my new insurance card at her office yesterday or today, Friday, she and Jenni advised to drop off ok. Guess what I drove there and they were closed! Wasting time and gas $.
