I met Dr. Wang at Hoag back in October with my first battle with Diverticulitis and I had a rupture and huge infection. Dr Wang helped me through my journey and up until surgery back in May. Dr Wang performed a Colon Resection and he was so meticulous and a perfectionist! He not only performed my 6 hour plus surgery with such patience and professionalism to do his best so that I didn't need to have a colostomy bag. Which the surgery was a complete success! Now I'm fully recovered in less than 4 months. I trust and thank Dr. Wang 100% for what he did for me!

Dr Wang has performed 2 life saving surgeries on me. I trust him immensely and have the upmost respect for him. He is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile for his patients and calls you personally to check on you. Not just one call but multiple times if needed.

Arrogant and incompetent. I had hernia surgery from this so-called doctor. I had the hardest recovery from surgery that was supposed to be easy. I went back to him to express my problems, and this is exactly what he told me.” Stop complaining, I did a great job fixing your hernia.” There are a lot of good doctors out there, this one is not.

Dr Wang is a very good Dr, however his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The are difficult to get a hold of, the do not return calls on time. It took them 4 days to answer last call. Did not respond to a medical question as promised.

Dr Wang has been my surgeon on two life saving procedures. There is no one else I would trust more. He's professional, proficient and updated in his field. Unlike many doctors he has the greatest bedside manor, he cares deeply and follows up personally to check you.
