List of Pinkus Zhanna's Reviews
Dr. Zhanna Pinkus is very caring and loving. Can’t say enough appreciation! Such great experience especially during the pandemic. She is one of a kind doctor.
Most amazing and caring doctor I have encountered. Everything from her bedside manner to her genuine concern about her patients differentiates her. Despite the distance, i continue to seek her out. To have an obgyn who truly cares about your wellbeing is invaluable. Thank you Dr. Pinkus!
Dr. Pinkus is the BEST! She is very kind and patient.
I tried to make an appointment as a new patient. Was given slot about 2 months away. No biggie, just a check up. A week before my appointment was canceled and rescheduled in 5 weeks. guess what?? it was canceled again. By the office. Terrible service
If you want to see your healthy pregnancy getting to the finish line avoid Pinkus by any cost.
Dr. Pinkus caused so much pain and grief in my life. If you have a healthy pregnancy you will be fine with her and she will spend max 2 min with you of her time. But if you have trouble in pregnancy don’t expect she will spend any time with you or show any compassion. With my first pregnancy she prescribed me medication that is highly not recommended to give pregnant women and cause problems in fetus development. Of course I found out about it when I lost my baby at 20 weeks. Coincidence? Maybe... negligence to prescribe wrong medication to pregnant woman- 100%... With my second pregnancy I called them and asked if I can see Pinkus earlier because my previous miscarriage and front desk lady said by their protocol they can’t see me before 8 weeks... well, I had another miscarriage because Pinkus neglected me second time, she failed to see me early and check my progesterone and other blood work. She just came in the room and said “ sorry, seems like another miscarriage” and left!!!
Dr. Pinkus is an absolute gem. She has been my doctor for a very long time, delivered both of my kids and takes the time to address any concerns. So if you have a wait a minute it’s because she is taking her time and listening to the questions and concerns of her other patients. Everyone likes to be in and out as fast as possible, but I’d rather see a doc that cares for her patients then going into a factory. Pinkus all the way!
Unorganized, if you're willing to wait 45 min from your appointment time, knock yourself out. They are very busy around lunch time and triple book, then check out wait time is 15 min to pay your copay because only 1 girl was working the other one was avoiding patient eye contact and busy filling medical records. Ridiculous!!! Dr is not helpful either. Don't waste your time.
You cannot get past the Secretary. Dr. secretary borders on rude, obstructing and don’t give one iota for a patient appointment. Go somewhere else with a secretary that is human.
I called to the office to find out, if they take a cash patients and what is a price? The dr. I was looking for to speak, was a russian speaker. I was told, that she is in very high demand. Receptionist was not a wear of all details I asked, so she transferred me to a manager of Dr.Pinkus.Very strong, arrogant, irritated, very parenting voice, harsh and abrupt voice took over the phone call. It was manager of that office, Claudia Guzman.I introduced my self, explained what was my call about, what do i do, for how long, I name it all Dr’s and hospitals Im working with.I offer to bring for a meeting all my Certifications, try to introduce with my web, inst, the answer was NO need it.Ok, will try approach different way.As a owner operator of my business for 10 years, I realized that this woman need help with her professional and welcoming skills for potential clients at her office for HIGH DAMEND Dr.Pinkus.The firs question was, can I meet with a russian doctor to discuss some business, answer was NODo you take a cash patients 32-34 weeks with all reports, tests, from another dr,s?NO, “you have to send all reports, by fax, or drop at office only.( those patience majority from oversees, or different States)Do I have or patients a choice to email, like i do all communication with other dr.?NOIt was more questions, its no reason to write, because the answer was justNO.I kept listening her answers, which was not even related to my questions. I stay calm professional, and positive. Finally, Claudia Guzman changed her voice tone to a parenting voice. Her statement was, basically, “ i have to kiss her @$$, if i want business with dr.”After all this “Successful business “ conversation, she offers to me make an appointment as a PATIENT TO Meet with a dr. Pinkus” to discuss business!!SO, I HAVE TO USE MY INSURANCE TO MEET AND DISCUSS A BUSINESS ?”. WOWTHAT HOW MUCH DR, BUSSY!!After all, I was ready to hang up on her, but i really wanted to meet with a Russian dr. I believed, that dr., was not a wear how her manager running the office business, or may be she did knows?Working with obgyn and pediatrician doctors at different hospitals, in SD, OC, LA, never had any experience like that.HAS NO LISTENING SKILS AT ALL, how that office can help to pregnant woman?I hope dr.Pinkus knows all and how and who is running the business for her!!Unfortunately my Russian patients would not be able to get help in OC from very high demand ru.speaking dr. Pinkus.SHE IS JUST VERY, VERY BUSY, according her manager Claudia Guzman.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
