Excellent doctor. Very pleased with his care.
Knowledgeable and respectful. Helped calm my fears from a had experience with a different doctor. Happy to use him again for my next heart issue (though I hope I don't need it)
Dr Banker and staff are fantastic. I've had several ablations and Dr Banker patiently explained exactly what he would be doing and made me feel comfortable about the procedures. My follow up visits were an easy open discussion about the procedure. Very pleased with Dr Banker's caring manor and patience. Staff is great too.
Banker and his staff help save my heart. Very nice and friendly. Talked me through the surgery and followed up extensively. Just got released from him today. Hope I don’t see him again 🤣. Thanks Dr Banker!
Was referred as a new patient. Arrived 15 minutes early with all paperwork filled out, and then waited until 45 minutes after my appointment time before leaving without being seen. Not only were they running that late, the staff gave no updates nor apologies about the lateness. The office waiting room was also crowded and smelled bad.
This doctor has impeccable credentials. But he's a terrible communicator. I checked in a bit early and sat in the waiting area. After 35 to 40 minutes I asked the receptionist what was going on. She called into the back and informed me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I can appreciate that sometimes an appointment requires extra time. But not letting waiting patients know there will be a delay is rude, arrogant and unacceptable. I left the office and asked the receptionist to call me to reschedule when he had time to see me. That was a few days ago and I've heard nothing from his office. More evidence of bad communication practices. I am happy with the rest of my cardiology team but this man's inability to consider the needs of waiting patients is offensive. 1 star.
Office staff is extremely unprofessional. They miscommunicated an appointment scheduling and instead of being understanding and trying to mitigate the problem, the "office manager" was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me when I asked for her name.
I don’t understand why some and I am saying some not all doctor running late on their appointments. I find that very rude and careless. My time is as important as theirs. They must value that. Unfortunately this world has changed. First question is what insurance do you have?? Not what’s wrong with you? 1 hour wait after your appointment time is unacceptable. But seems like a good doctor.
Very honest and specific pre-op review by Dr. Banker and his team. All office visits were cordial, humane, relevant, and educational. The PA was a great assistant to understanding the minute details of what I would encounter. Both the doctor and the PA asked several times if I had more questions. So I was treated with respect and no question was stupid. Anyhow the operations went on plan and to date have done what they were intended to do using both cyro and radio frequency. I'd recommend Dr. Banker and Premier Cardiology for handling your ablations and whatever cardiac problems your cardiologists have referred you to deal with. So to wind this review up I'd use him again if needed. Direct, personable, intelligent, human touch, interesting and exceptionally skilled.
Dr Banker is outstanding. I feel fortunate to have found him. He tracked by ventricular fibrulation and installed a leedless pacemaker. He has been a pioneer in this new technology.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
