I have been going to Dr Haskell for several years after being referred by another one of my doctors. I have a mitral valve prolapse. He reminds me so much of my original cardiologist in Torrance that I immediately felt comfortable with him. He is very down to earth. And as a bonus, he is fully knowledgeable about a medicine I take- nortriptyline that many new doctors would not know. In addition to monitoring my Mitral valve prolapse he can talk to me about that médecin, making me feel more comfortable with it too. He has a relaxed and friendly nature which is the perfect personality for cardiology.

This doctor is a joke. I had an appointment with him and nothing he said made sense. He seemed more concerned about being amusing and entertaining than in making sense. You want all your doctors to be sharp and aware of all the latest technology, especially] your cardiologist! This particular doctor did not say or do anything that made me feel confident that I had the right cardiologist. Don't waste your time...Hoag has other more adept cardiologists!

Impossible to try and make an appt, Scheduler is TERRIBLE! Went elsewhere as needed an appt ASAP.

Been with Dr. Haskell for 12-plus years. Great doctor and works with the patiemt; focuses on getting the care done, no unnecessary procedures. Never had to wait more then ten minutes for appointment (awesome) the office staff is a well-functioning team. Hope it keeps this way.

He almost killed my mother who was in congestive heart failure and he failed to see the signs even though they were obvious. So we took it upon ourselves to go to the ER and they operated right away.
