Dr. Paicius asked me questions about my pain history. He is caring, explains what he’s doing, wants to explore the best opportunities for my health moving forward by communicating with another doctor about previous procedures. I trust a doctor who has my best interests in mind. I appreciate his attitude and humility.

Office members are rude and they don’t keep you informed about anything dealing with you they just want your money and when you take a drug test they don’t say anything about it to you they just stop seeing me I will be suing them

I've had 15plus injections, 4 back surgeries, and ankle surgery. Seen 5 different surgeons and 5 pain docs. Dr Paisias and his PA Elmira are by far the best. The other have their minds made up and are afraid to think outside the box. They also refused to take my body size into consideration with pain meds, which always made them worthless in helping. Paisias is always willing to try something else (when you bring an educated option). He's the only one that has given me any relief. I also see some poor reviews about his office staff. Those were true in the past but he seems to have resolved them with new staff and new emphasis on patient engagement. Listen, I've waited as long as two hours in other pain Dr. Offices...never have I waited more than 15 minutes for a Paicias appointment..he also is great about giving referrals with pros and cons.

I am so impressed with both Dr Pacius and his Physician Assistant, Almirante Dukovich. I recently had the MILD (minimally invasive lumbar decompression) outpatient procedure performed by Dr Pacius. My neurosurgeon advised me not to have it, and that I needed a spinal fusion instead. The MILD procedure resulted in over 80 percent pain relief! Both Dr Pacius and Ms Dukovich are very knowledgeable, professional, and I totally trust both of them. I highly recommend their practice. Mary Ricks

I have been seeing Dr Paicus and his PA, Almirante Dukovic, for 8 years. He was recommended by my Back Surgeon. I trust them and have helped me thru numerous surgeries that plagued me for years. He Is well known in the medical community and well respected. I have sold radiology and cardiology equipment for 37 years so I have a good feel for the industry.

Been a patient of Dr. Paicius since 2012. He has been treating both, my migraines and lower back issues. I’ve spent years suffering from chronic migraines and since I’ve been a patient, I get a mild migraine maybe 2x a year. Before I was averaging 3-6 chronic migraines weekly. He also treats my herniated disc’s. Both procedures last between 6months-1 year PAID FREE! The staff at office AND surgical center, are like my family now, super professional, kind and courteous. Dr. Paicius really cares about my health and well being. I use to live 30 minutes away but in 2014 I moved to LA County and I drive 1 1/2 hours to my appointments. I won’t ever switch doctors no matter where I live. Amazing amazing!!

Among the finest doctors in the nation. The medical professionals here are top notch. I have been treated here by Dr. Paicius as well as Almira Dukovich, his Physicians Assistant. I have a very painful condition called Tri-Geminal Neuralgia, and they make life bearable through their attentive and caring practices.

He is a legal drug pusher using OxyContin, after several years of asking to be taken off he just keep pushing more and more pills. he very rarely see patients. he assigns you to his PA's and they give you 5 minutes and give out refills. He should be investigated by the California Medical board. ASAP. He gave so many pills to neighbor who OD and died. how many more will and has he kill?
