I have been here for one hour now waiting to see the doctor, obviously the person that does the appointment bookings is overbooking and or she is just bad at her job as well as customer care, she is rude and has an excuse for everythin! I suggest you find another place!

Dr Robert Bae is highly skilled and compassionate and surgically resolved my kidney stone issue. Thank you Dr Bae!

Completely incompetent office If I could make this office 0 starts I would. This office staff is one of the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with. Super unprofessional and demeaning. I initially cancelled a vasectomy that was planned a couple months out, I rescheduled over a month ago for this Friday and was notified 2 days prior to the procedure that my "consult" was expired. However their office staff failed to notify me of this and allowed me to schedule the procedure to get done. I get the call less than 48 hours prior stating that it is not their responsibility to tell me the consult was expired however they scheduled my procedure over a month prior without notifying me of any of this. Then the office worker Jackie has the audacity to tell me this is my fault. Avoid this office at all costs. There are many other urologists that I'm sure have a much more competent and customer service friendly staff. They have wasted months of my time and I can't begin to tell you the disappointment and let down.

I found out that I had kidney cancer and had surgery performed by Dr. Bae approximately three years ago. I would highly recommend him. He has been very helpful, and imo, very thorough for what was important to me in my follow ups after the surgery. I still see him to this day on an annual basis.

They over schedule an appointment back to back and make patients wait over 40 minutes. Also, the staff is not on top of the paperwork. Unprofessional

Better Credentials Than Visit Long lead time on getting appointment. Dingy and shopworn office/low budget for Newport Beach Hurried in and out appointment.

Dr. Bae has been my urologist for almost 20 years. He listens and makes sure my questions are answered. I trust him completely.

Specialists should be more thorough Good doctor overall but went through appointment in less than 10 min and hence I felt he wasn’t being thorough. He could have explained my reports at least. If I was looking for quick high level assessment, I would have just stayed with my general physician. 3 weeks wait time to get an appointment that lasted not even 10 min. I would probably go elsewhere next time.

I agree with Leslie that Dr Bae is uncaring and aloof. My father had to get a catheter placed for the first time ever and instead of figuring out a game plan he said something to the effect of...oh well, people live with these things all the time. Basically told him too bad, so sad. Please find someone else for you or your loved one's sake.
