My wife and I can't say enough good things about Dr. K and his nurse Karen. They are simply outstanding people. It is a lengthy story.. my wife had an accident that resulted in facial fractures. We were in Dana Point but live in Redlands. The emergency department in Laguna Beach referred her to a maxillofacial specialist who does not take our insurance. She went to her primary care doctor today n Redlands who referred her to someone that could not see her for over a month. Eventually she decided to just pay out of pocket for a consultation with the doctor referred by the hospital. He couldn't see her but referred her to Dr. K who then saw her right away. Wow. He was fantastic and reviewed her CT and talked with us until we fully understood the entire problem and gave us next steps for the HMO to take. In a frightening situation he truly came to our rescue. We have complete contract confidence in Dr. K. When we need cosmetic services we'll see him.

He and his practice left me disfigured for life. He then engaged in unethical techniques to attempt to silence me from the harm he caused.

I am so thrilled with my results! His office staff are great! They're attentive, professional and easy to work with. His pricing was also on par with other doctors I consulted prior to my procedure.

I have been on a journey for a few years debating about a lower thigh lift as I was once 275 lbs. After losing 125 lbs I had so much excess skin that it was embarrassing for me to wear a bathing suit or a dress above my knees. I considered this surgery for the last 3 years and had a few opinions and quotes from various surgeons in the orange county area. When I met Dr. K he was so gentle, kind, and understanding of my situation and put me at ease about the procedure. I put my faith and trust in his experience and expertise and I couldn't be happier with the results. He won't disappoint, he will be there for you on your journey and you will be so happy you trusted him. I might add that he's also very fair in his pricing and that I had been quoted as much as $15,000 higher than what he charged! I feel like I won the lottery! He's my go to guy! Thanks so much, Dr K and your staff for such a great experience!

I can't even with how kind and amazing Dr. Kachenmeister is. He saved me like $10k to fix an issue with my implants. Every other doctor wanted to replaced them whereas Dr. K knew that it was just some excess scar tissue. I couldn't be happier with the results and the price!

I have been a patient of Dr. K's for almost a decade now, and there are not enough stars I can give both him and his entire office staff at the Mission Viejo office. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and accommodative with regards to scheduling. Dr. K is always honest with what we need to work on, and what my expectations should be. He is very knowledgeable about new products to the market, and if those products are right for me. I visit twice a year for Botox and Filler. Dr. K's work is impeccable. I leave looking refreshed, younger, and the best part is I can head straight to the office! I plan to have some additional work done down the road, and Dr. K is the only doctor I will look to for those procedures.

He's a very nice doctor, great bedside manor, so I was shocked and disappointed that he and his office (nurse Karen) took my extra money I was reimbursed from my insurance for a breast reduction. We talked extensively about me paying up front then the check reimbursement would be mine since their fee was met ahead of time. But when the time came time to give me my insurance check they saw the extra amount I would be getting and their greed took over and was more important to keep my extra money than a keep our relationship. They did not stand by their word and took my extra $2000 and refused to give it to me! Remember....I paid them in advance! So it wasn't their check to keep! And....Keep in mind I've done this before with another surgery and the doctor did not keep my insurance money. These people at this office are very very dishonest. His nurse Karen went back on everything we talked about! I can not recommend this doctor.

I REALLY took my time researching and carefully interviewing who I was going to have perform my surgery. My hunt was over the second I met this doctor and if you're lucky enough to stumble upon him, you'll understand why. A little over 3 weeks ago I got a breast reduction/ lift (2/10/20). I am beyond thrilled with my results and showing them off like crazy--My friends, family & I can't believe what an incredible transformation Ive had because of this miracle worker. I can't rave enough about Dr.K, he really cares about his patients and I felt like his top priority at all times. He handles everything so effortlessly, he's patient, attentive and has such an empathetic being that allows you to trust him fully. His work is BEAUTIFUL it's obvious how thorough and detailed he is during surgery. Also the whole office works together so well and make you feel like family right away. This was the best decision of my life and I cant imagine going though this with any other team.
