Office will not return phone calls. Office failed to inform me of insurance denial, as promised. Poor office staff support and follow through. Find alternate source of care.

In and out in timely manner . Only pain was from numbing shot . Didn’t sleep good all night and slight headache today. Dr. And staff made it very pleasant experience Thank you

A work in progress.. love the doc. Hate the process..Hoag’s reservation and communication system is overloaded. I thought I was going through. nurse navigator for the spine center, but left messages that were never returned. Once i got through, it was easier to make appointments with Dr. Zardouz ,who is personable and knowledgeable and quick to diagnose me and work with my issues.

Dr Zardouz has become a favorite of mine. He really cares about my pain & surgery. These trigger shots are really effective & stop the pain which is incredible! I enjoy our chats. He's a really good guy/Dr. These trigger shots helped me cut way back on pain pills. He's super busy but worth the wait. My surgeon Dr Jankowski referred me to him for trigger shots. Try it ... you'll really like it. Thx Dr Z & his wonderful staff. Smiles & hugs Barbara R 🙋♀️ ps. FYI: I read complaint of wait time. Its because he takes HMO insurance hence super busy with lots of baby boomers. I get there 15 minuted early which seems to work. Smiles Smiles

Dr. Zardouz is the best doctor I've ever experienced and I'm extremely thankful for him - I've gone to great lengths to be able to continue with him for my ongoing migraine care! Not only is he a doctor who will actually listen and is committed to a long-term solution rather than pushing pills for the rest of your life, but he's also incredible knowledgeable and great at what he does. One pillar of my migraine treatment is quarterly botox injections, which I've had performed by another doctor before...the experience and result was a night-and-day difference because he's that good. When getting injections of any kind, it's so critically important to trust your doctor and know that they have demonstrated skill in this area. He has this in strides and I also know that he regularly attends conferences and continuing education opportunities to keep his skills sharp. I believe that Dr. Zardouz cares deeply about the wellbeing of his patients and I am so grateful for his care. I can't recommend Dr. Zardouz more!

I think Dr. Zardous is amazing and I appreciate his guidance. However, I did wait in the exam room for 45 minutes, which is excessively long. It’s ironic because when the office called to confirm my appointment, they said please get here on time, as he is very busy. I am very busy as well. It would be nice if doctors offices respected their patients time. That being said, the experience of working with Dr. Zardous was very fulfilling. He is amazing!

He is a WIZARD if you ever need any type of spinal injection, epidural, etc. Dear God, you couldn't ask for better. He's patient, he takes time to listen, he's compassionate, what else could you possibly ask for someone to deal with a patient in pain! I love this man, and I think he's entire staff does also. I've had a medical career my entire life, and I trust this man implicitly.
