We are very disappointed with Dr. Royster's services and treatment. We had a failed IVF cycle after paying around 30k. About 10 eggs were retrieved only one made to day 5, and it was aneupoid. Additionally, we had 3 embryos transfered and they didn't survive after thawing. After deep research we found out why it happened. My wife has low ovarian reserve and the doctor didn't take it into consideration. He followed the regular protocol and pushed the quantity over quality. Please do your own research before doing the IFV treatment. This clinic has a robotic approach to the patients.

Dr Anderson and Dr Royster are so wonderful. I heard many say Dr. Anderson wasn't a warm and fuzzy type person but I found him funny and practical. He must see so many things so he has a serious demeanor about him. The nurses Joyce and Christa were so sweet and understanding. They are all so wonderful. We are having our baby boy thanks to them.

Dr. Royster is top tier. This is our second time going through with IVF, so we had some expectations… this place delivered. We are very appreciative of the quality of care and attention to detail. We would come back here without hesitation, and hope to do so!

Dr. Royster is amazing. Dr. Royster is very detailed. He has a good bedside manner. He’s very patient. He knows what he’s doing and he makes you feel comfortable.. every procedure we have had with him has been painless and easy, nothing but positive and we’ve had success so far with one transferring now we’re trying for a second.

Look no further, go with Dr. Anderson. I previously had a failed embryo transfer with care fertility in Glendale. The care fertility Dr blamed my cervix for the failure (took her over two hours trying off and on to get into my cervix and of course it failed). Dr. Anderson on the other hand, transferred the embryo in seconds with no issues and I was pregnant just like that. He also has you come in way more to tailor the meds versus a one size fits all. He also suggested other things to do to increase success that I never heard about prior. He is intelligence, skilled, confident and will get the outcome we all want. After all, he came up with the procedure all doctors use to transfer the embryo! Bonus is wait time is extremely minimal, staff is professional, office is clean and everything is very organized and supportive.

Even though I live in Florida, I travel to California for all my procedures because it’s 100% worth it. That says it all. Dr. Royster is not only incredibly skilled, but he’s also one of the most compassionate and genuine doctors I’ve ever met. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about your outcome. We’ve built a friendship through this journey, and I’m beyond grateful for everything he’s done for me and my family. If you’re considering IVF, do not hesitate — Dr. Royster is the doctor you want in your corner. This clinic gave me the family I always hoped for.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Royster and the entire team at SCCRM. Dr. Royster is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient and compassionate. He walked me through every step of the process and answered every question I had. I never felt rushed, despite the fact that he was always busy, and he took the time to listen to all my concerns, no matter how small. The office staff and nurses are also exceptional, friendly, professional and always available when I needed them. I appreciated how responsive they were to phone calls, which made a stressful process a lot easier to manage. I highly recommend Dr. Royster to anyone struggling with fertility. He is not only a top-notch doctor, but also a kind and understanding person who genuinely cares about his patients.

We are so grateful and forever appreciative of the care and concern we have received from Dr. Anderson and his team over the last few years. It was a long road to get where we are today, but because of these incredible professionals, we have our TWO miracles! Each and every visit, I felt very cared for...time was taken, thorough explanations provided, questions answered. We felt he was completed invested in our journey, and he truly wanted our success. The nursing team was not only kind, prompt and responsive, but shared genuine emotion and enthusiasm with us. Each time I walked into the office and past the nurses station, it felt like friends and family. The lab and embryology team is second to none. I refer to them as our miracle workers. The infertility and IVF journey to becoming parents definitely isn't easy, but was made possible because of SCCRM!

Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster are nothing short of miracle workers! Now that our journey is complete, I feel the need to tell everyone how incredible this journey has been, and it’s all because of everyone at SCCRM. The entire process of IVF (and surrogacy) was made simple with effective planning and communication from the office staff and medical staff. As stressful and scary as it can all seem at times, we felt so supported by everyone. I cannot recommend SCCRM enough. Thank you Dr. Anderson and Dr. Royster for making our dream to have a family a reality.

Dr. Royster is fantastic. He is innovative, detail oriented, has excellent bedside manner, and is patient and kind with all questions. He took the time to call after every milestone during our IVF process, even on weekends or evenings. I never had to wait for any answers or wonder how things were progressing. Joan Moody is wonderful as well. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SCCRM. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable - and they are innovative and unique with their approach, leveraging cutting edge science. You are in good hands with Dr. Royster and team.
