Dr. Tooma did my Lasik in 2005, with great results! Currently my vision has become blurry, and I candidate for the lifetime touch-up?

I had my Lasix done there and now I'm taking both of my sons. Dr. Tooma is world renowned and I would never take him anywhere else. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Tooma did my surgery 13 years ago. I am still seeing 20/20. This was the best investment of my life 🙏🏼

I had 2 lasik procedures by Dr.Tooma and my eyes feel like and just far from normal. My vision is terrible snd way worse!! I feel nervous going out and about due to this. They keep saying dry eyes but there’s been no change. I wish 100% I didn’t do this. I just wanna cry because it’s terrible!!

I had prk laser done when Tooma facility was under a different name! It was a lasik factory he had 5 patients lined up at one time in the surgery room! I have learned that I should have never been a candidate for lasik or prk surgery , I'm now having eye nerve damage do to the the thinness caused by prk surgery! Please get two or three opinions before going to Dr. Tooma,

I am so incredibly happy I came to Dr. Tooma! I've always wanted to get LASIK but would get anxious of the thought of having my eye cut! Last year my optometrist gave me reassurance and highly recommended for me to make a consultation with NVision. He mentioned how wonderful the surgeons are and the technology they use is state of the art. After talking to a few friends, I found out most of them saw Dr. Tooma. They all mentioned how he was the best of the best!! I made my consultation in December and had my procedure in February. Karen was my patient coordinator and she was absolutely so sweet. She was very thorough during the consultation and showed me around the facility. Before my appointment, she would check in with me via text to make sure I was able to fill my prescriptions. In addition to the excellent customer service, I really liked the fact that I could follow up with my optometrist for my pre op and all post op appointments. NVision has partnered with LensCrafters, which makes it easier to follow up with your own optometrist. It's only been 3 weeks post op and I already have 20/15 vision! My optometrist was so impressed with how fast I was healing and mentioned how he could barely see the slit during my 24 hour follow up. I am so incredibly happy to getting this procedure.

A little late for a review but I had PRK done around May 2015. Fast forward to 2022 and I'm still seeing 20/20 with no issues. I'd recommend Dr. Tooma to anyone that is considering PRK or LASIK. Without Dr. Tooma and the NVISION team, I would never have become a pilot. I was turned down by the Army due to my poor eyesight, was told by the recruiter I would never be a pilot and should consider a different career path. Well, here I am. I still have perfect vision, no issues, and am flying! Dr. Tooma and the team were great in the whole process from the consultation, explaining what medications were needed, what PRK consisted of, how it was going to be done, and also explained what I needed to do during my recovery. His genuine care and concern for his patients definitely made me feel better through the process. I'd recommend NVISION to anyone. I'm now trying to get into med school and specialize in opthalmology because Dr. Tooma gave me the opportunity to pursue my dreams. I want to be able to give that to someone else!

This is a very late comment. I had lasik done by Dr Tooma about 8 yrs ago. I have been very happy with the result ever since. My eyes are still doing well and no dryness or blurry whatsoever!!. Reflecting of that time when I first going there (office in Fullerton), receptionist and the other doctor who checked my eyes all were professional and thorough!! Dr Tooma performed great on mono vision as my vision of seeing far and near are seamless as I don't feel like I have to adjust my eyes. He was gentle and really experienced as I could feel and see by the results that he has done. I highly recommend seeing him if you need to consider having eye surgery. Dr. Tooma is the best! Not only is he a talented surgeon, he put me at ease the moment he walked in to the surgery suite. It was quick and painless and now my vision is better than I could have imagined! The office is state of the art, and you can truly see the high caliber of every single employee. I am so happy and would recommend this office and Dr. Tooma to everyone!
